Abstract

本实用新型是由双轴激振器与筛箱组成的吊挂式概率筛。激振器与筛箱刚性连接。当两个激振轴相向转动时,产生激振力传递给筛箱。激振器的动力由普通电机通过万向联轴器传入。解决了由振动电机激振筛箱时,电机易于烧毁的问题,提高了工作的可靠性、工作效率和经济效益。本实用新型具有结构简单、重量轻、寿命长、易于维护的优点。可用于筛分各种粒状物料,最适用于各种煤的筛分。

Description

本实用新型属于选矿厂、筛选厂用于对粒状物料进行分级的筛分装置。
在已有技术里使用的概率筛其激振方式有两种:一种是利用振动电机产生振动,其缺点是振动电机易烧毁。二是如CN85200411U专利采用橡胶弹簧加振动电机产生振动,其缺点是重量大、橡胶弹簧更换困难、振幅不稳定且寿命短。
本发明针对现有技术的不足对概率筛的激振部分做出改进,取消了振动电机和橡胶弹簧,利用双轴激振器产生振动。
本发明的要点是:普通电机(4)通过万向节联轴器(3)与激振轴(1)连接,在激振轴上有可调偏心块(2),激振轴(1)由轴承支撑在激振器支架(6)上,激振器支架(6)与筛箱(5)相连接,筛箱(5)通过弹簧(7)吊挂在支承构件上。
附图是本实用新型的最佳实施例。
两根激振轴(1)和在轴端靠近激振器支架(6)处装有4个偏心块(2),通过万向节联轴器(3)与两台普通电机(4)连接。激振轴(1)由轴承支承在激振器支架(6)上。激振器支架(6)通过螺栓与筛箱(5)连接。筛箱(5)通过弹簧(7)吊挂在支撑构件上。
当两台电机启动并以相反方向运转时,两激振轴上的偏心块在自同步原理作用下作同步运转。两轴联线方向的离心力相互抵消,垂直于轴联线方向的力叠加,并传递给筛箱,使其振动。由于激振轴是通过可伸缩万向节与电机联接的。因此不会发生机械干涉。
本发明的优点是结构简单、重量轻、寿命长、易于维护、振幅稳定、工作可靠、经济效益高。

1、一种双轴激振吊挂式概率筛,其特征在于普通电动机(4)通过万向节联轴器(3)与激振轴(1)连接,在激振轴上有可调偏心块(2),激振轴(1)由轴承支撑在激振器支架(6)上,激振器支架(6)与筛箱(5)相连接,筛箱(5)通过弹簧(7)吊挂在支撑构件上。
