消除振动器传动轴变形的装置,涉及振动器的传动轴。
现有的振动器的传动轴,由于传动轴具有一定的质量,所以当传动轴作平移的圆周运动时,会产生惯性力,使传动轴变形,同时轴承也承受到过大的载荷。另外,例如电机内装式振动器的转子轴当振动器振动时,由于惯性力的作用,会使转子传动轴产生变形,造成电机扫镗,轴承也会因为负荷过重而损坏,这使振动器的整机寿命降低。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种消除振动器传动轴变形的装置,它能使振动器的传动轴,不会因激振力的影响而使传动轴变形,从而提高了整机的寿命。
本实用新型的特征是在电机〔4〕的转子传动轴〔7〕上联结反向偏心块〔3〕。

转子传动轴〔7〕与振动子〔1〕同步联接,振动子〔1〕的两端支承在轴承〔2〕上,转子传动轴〔7〕的一端支承在轴承〔8〕上,另一端支承在振动子〔1〕上,电机〔4〕的转子传动轴〔7〕上联结反向偏心块〔3〕,将按上述联接方式联接好的电机〔4〕、振动子〔1〕、轴承〔2〕、〔8〕、转子传动轴〔7〕反向偏心块〔3〕一起装入振动棒〔6〕内。
本实用新型的优点是:
当振动器处于工作状态时,由于电机〔4〕的转子传动轴〔7〕上联结有反向偏心块〔3〕,所以使振动器在转子传动轴〔7〕产生的振动惯性力与该机反向偏心块〔3〕产生的离心力相互抵消,从而能使振动器的传动轴不会因振动的影响而使传动轴变形或损坏,同时又不影响整机的振动工况,从而提高了整机的寿命。
