Description

本发明涉及一种在高温下钢成形时用的润滑剂,它含有固体润滑剂、粘结剂和增稠剂。
联邦德国专利说明书(DE-PS2450716)公开了金属无切屑成形用的,特别是生产无缝管时润滑芯棒用的润滑剂,它含有诸如石墨、烯烃聚合物或者烯烃混合聚合物和分散剂或者成膜稳定剂。这类润滑剂当其直接被用于所谓MPM轧机(多管轧机)时必须考虑许多要求。故而,润滑剂必须是易于涂敷的,且只要用水分散即可经济地实施的;在载体也就是水被去除后,润滑剂必须留下作为防水的等厚薄膜,并且在达到高温和高压下该薄膜必须具有均匀分布的固体润滑剂微粒,在这种情况下它具有高的机械稳定性。
对粘结剂来说,主要的组分在于满足这些要求。
DE-PS2450716中作为粘结剂的有:丁二烯,此外,苯乙烯和带有共聚物的苯乙烯。
但是,这些公知的粘结剂并不能满足所有的要求,如它们被大量增加地加入这类润滑剂中。丁二烯作为粘结剂太软,苯乙烯又可能不与常用的共聚物一起形成最合适的薄膜。苯乙烯-丁二烯-共聚物作为高温润滑剂的组分也已在EP-PS0164637中公开。但是,该配方需要大量的无机盐混合物,而这种混合物又有不良的作用,例如对用于多管轧机来说,涉及差的水稳定性。
本发明的目的在于提出一种没有上述缺点的润滑剂。
本发明的目是这样实现的:润滑剂以羧酸化的苯乙烯-丁二烯乳胶作为粘结剂。
优先采用具有苯乙烯含量大于50%,最好是苯乙烯为70-80%的羧酸化的苯乙烯-丁二烯乳胶作为粘结剂。
通常,将固体含量为40-60%(重量)的粘结剂作为水分散液加到润滑剂的其他组分中。
分散介质,就现在这种情况下基本为水,必须被视为完成润滑剂分散的调合的液体,同样也基本为水。
润滑剂的组分包含适量的固体润滑剂或者固体润滑剂混合物50-80%(重量),优先采用石墨,粘结剂20-50%(重量),由其干量计算,以及增稠剂0.2-5.0(重量)。
此外,例如添加湿润剂、乳化剂、生物杀伤剂以及抗氧化剂等组份可以证实是有利的。单个组份的量视生产规程或者预试验而定,通常为2%(重量)以下。本发明润滑剂所应用的单个组分可选自以下所称的产物组的组中。
石墨、MoS2(二硫化钼)、CaF2或者BN可以作为固体润滑剂。
固体润滑剂中,石墨具有特别良好的效果。石墨中,优先采用高纯度,例如大于96%和平均粒度不大于300μm的石墨,纯度为99.5%和平均粒度为100μm的石墨能够取得最好的效果。
润滑剂应当采用10-60%(重量)的水分散。在10-30℃下,分散液的适合的粘度为500-15000CPS(厘泊)。为了达到分散液的粘度,采用增稠剂或者增稠剂混合物。例如水溶性多糖、烷基纤维素,如羟烷基纤维素或者羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸及其衍生物,中性或者非中性天然橡胶及其衍生物(例如瓜耳胶),聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚氧化乙烯,必要时的矿物,如粘土、蒙脱土、改性蒙脱土、膨润土以及填料,如天然沥青或者天然柏油均是一系列合适的增稠剂。
如前所述,所采用的润滑剂是呈水分散液形态,根据权利要求1所述的润滑剂的水分散液可以被涂敷在温度可为80-大于350℃的工具上。当分散液接触热表面时,其水载体就被蒸发并形成等厚度的润滑剂薄膜。润滑剂的薄膜呈均匀防水状并且也不再用大量在工具上流动的冷却剂洗涤或者被水浸湿而膨胀。
故而,本发明的润滑剂适用于在其添加到工件加工时,例如管坯或者管子,特别是在钢及用所谓的多管轧机从管坯到无缝管的轧制的热成形时,润滑工具,例如顶头、芯棒杆或者模子,必要时也可用于连轧机、顶管机、压条机或者镦锻机。
由此可知,对本润滑剂在施加到多管轧机时提出的要求均可全部得到满足。在优先采用的使用和加工温度为80-350℃时,力求薄膜的厚度为10-100μm。该膜是防水的,亦即按以下用水冷却绝不对薄膜起作用。当顶头温度为150-250℃时,薄膜具有良好的机械性能(例如,按Sikkens以划痕硬度试验测得划痕硬度为6.5N)。润滑剂的耐热性保证在350℃以下。
该值用至今所述的润滑剂可能同时达不到,这一点通过以下所述的实施例会更加清楚。

Claims (6)

1、一种在高温下钢无切屑成形时所用的润滑剂,它含有固体润滑剂、粘结剂和增稠剂,其特征在于所说润滑剂以羧酸化的苯乙烯-丁二烯乳胶作为粘结剂。
2、根据权利要求1所述的润滑剂,其特征在于所说的羧酸化的苯乙烯-丁二烯乳胶中苯乙烯含量大于50%,优先采用70-80%。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑剂,其特征在于把作为水分散液且含有固体含量为40-60%(重量)的粘结剂加到润滑剂的其他组分中。
4、根据权利要求1到3中之一所述的润滑剂,其特征在于所说的润滑剂含有固体润滑剂为50-80%(重量),优先采用石墨,根据权利要求1-3所述的粘结剂为20-50%(重量),按其干量计,以及增稠剂为0.2-5.0%(重量)。
5、根据权利要求1到4中之一所述的润滑剂,其特征在于把作为均匀的水分散液且含有固体含量为10-60%(重量)的润滑剂涂敷到热工具上,此时分散液的水载体蒸发,形成具有高的机械强度的均匀的耐水润滑膜,然后将工具冷却,紧接着开始无切屑成形。
6、用根据权利要求1所述的含有固体润滑剂、粘结剂以及增稠剂的润滑剂润滑高温下钢无切屑成形时的工具的方法,其特征在于采用羧酸化的苯乙烯-丁二烯乳胶作为粘结剂。
