Abstract

本发明属于船舶船体线型技术。W形隧洞体流线型的船舶,其船体纵剖面在1.5至6站范围内呈W形线型,采用双封闭式双隧洞,推进器位于隧洞范围内。本发明克服了尾隧洞型船舶的缺点,提供较大的回转力臂,提高了船舶的操纵性、稳定性、安全性,充分发挥了主机的推力,在原动力不变的情况下,明显提高航速,尤其适用于一般内河和各种河道的急流航段超浅水船,适用于浅水中的高速航行。

Description

本发明属于船舶船体线型技术。
近年来,国内外在内河浅水船的设计中,当吃水在0.7~1.2米范围内时,艉部常采用隧洞型线,其目的是增大车叶直径,充分发挥主机马力的推力作用。对于大功率的推拖轮吃水较大的情况,以及各种沿海船、军用舰艇和内河船也都有采用艉隧洞型。
传统的各类隧洞型均位于尾部0站至1 1/2 站之间,并采用尾推进方式。由于隧洞长度受到限制,导致隧洞纵剖线短而陡,曲率变化较大。这时,为了使隧洞的纵剖线平稳些,只好采用浅隧洞。对于浅河道,因车叶直径受到限制,难以发挥主机功率的作用,推力减额明显增加。另外,在浅河道中,车叶供水情况较差,由于隧洞中水流的挤压,流速增加,引起抽空现象,使船尾下吸,产生较大的尾纵倾,尾下沉又使车叶供水更加困难,车叶推力减额也相应增加。同时,倒车性能也较差。
由于上述原因,各类尾隧洞型船舶未能在浅水、内河航行中得到广泛的应用。
中国专利CN-GK86106368公开了各类船舶将螺旋桨推进器位于船体尾部0站向前3~4 1/2 站的船舭部两侧的技术。
本发明的目的是提出一种与上述专利所述的推进器系统相适应的船舶线型设计,使船舶在原动力不变的情况下,就能大幅度提高航速及其操纵性、稳定性,在极低的浅水下能发挥推进效率,尤其适应于浅水中的高速航行。
设各类船舶总长为10站。本发明的船舶采用W型隧洞体流线型,船体纵剖面呈W型,如图1所示,两最低处A、B位于尾部0站向前1.5至6站范围内;船体横剖面采用双隧洞,如图2所示。推进器位于隧洞范围内。一般采用双(二、四……)推进器系统,可省去舵。隧洞宜用双封闭式双隧洞。
本发明克服了上述尾隧洞的缺点,为船舶提供了较大的迴转力臂和操纵灵活性。由于隧洞两侧船体干舷至船体基线在极浅水情况下水流沿隧洞运动上升,使车叶仍工作在高水压强中,充分发挥主机的更大推力。由于车叶位移的作用消除了船尾下沉的不利因素。由于车叶向左排出的诱导流体作用于船底使船尾在航行时不产生尾倾现象。由此可见,本发明明显地提高了船舶的浅水使用性能和操纵性、稳定性和安全性,尤其适应于一般内河和各种河道的急流航段超浅水船,适应于浅水中高速航行,甚至可设计0.7米以下的浅水船舶。

图2为W型隧洞体流线型船舶横剖面图。其中1……船体,2……船首,3……船尾,4……W型船舶流线,5……舵,6……船底基线,7……推进器,8……设计水线,9……推进器轴中心线,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、……Ⅹ为船舶站位。
实施例:30T内河船舶。船体总长28m,设计水线27m,船型深1.1m,艏艉型深1.25m,设计吃水0.60m,肋距500,功率80HP。在5 1/2 站向后至2站进行干舷向内弯曲设计,采用双封闭式双隧洞双螺旋桨推进器。桨叶轴向下为基线的3°左右,使船舶航行时桨叶工作在敞水位置。隧洞流线型设计大于桨叶前直径15%为佳,桨叶后小于15%,以便流体在船底产生较大的压强,并且消除桨叶诱导流体收缩产生的压强下降。

1、一种隧洞型船舶,其特征是船体纵剖面线型呈W型隧洞体流线型,最低处A、B位于尾部O站前的1 1/2 至6站间,推进器位于隧洞范围内。
2、如权利要求1所述的船舶,其特征是隧洞采用双封闭式双隧洞。
