Abstract

本发明公开了一种明轮快艇,它包括船体,设置在所述船体上由主机驱动推进器所构成的船舶动力装置;所述推进器由两个对称设置在船体两侧的浆轮组成;浆轮的下缘低于船体底面。本发明优点在于将现代的主机与传统的浆轮推进器相结合,采取将对称设置在船体两侧的浆轮下缘低于船体底面的设置方式,这样当浆轮高速旋转时,径向均布设置在浆轮外缘上的桨叶依次连续高速向后下方拍击水面,因为水密度很大,从而获得足够向前上方的反作用力,其向上的分力支撑船体跃出水面,其向前的分力推动船体向前运动,因此只有船体尾部接触少量水面,并在水面上滑行,保持船体平衡,从而避免了极大的水阻力,显著提高了推进效率,实现船舶的高速经济航行。

技术领域
本发明涉及明轮船,尤其是涉及明轮快艇。
背景技术
蒸汽机时代盛极一时的明轮船是一种低速度和低效率的船舶类型,早已被螺旋桨船淘汰,这是本领域技术人员的共识;现代快艇的结构主要有滑行艇和水翼艇,推进方式主要有螺旋桨式;高速航行时,滑行艇和水翼艇分别依靠水的动压力或升力支撑重力,船体大部分升起以减小水阻力;但随着航速的提高,其螺旋桨的推进效率却直线下降,要实现高速航行,就必须配置大功率的发动机,以高能耗换高速度,经济性极差。
并且,螺旋桨快艇在突然加速航行或高速航行遭遇涌浪时,船体极易上仰甚至造成翻船。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种高速航行时推进效率也高的明轮快艇。
为实现上述目的,本发明可采取下述技术方案:
本发明所述的明轮快艇,它包括船体,设置在所述船体上由主机驱动推进器所构成的船舶动力装置;所述推进器由两个对称设置在船体两侧的浆轮组成;浆轮的下缘低于船体底面。
所述推进器对称设置在船体两侧的纵向中部;在船体尾部设置有船舵。
所述船体为三体船,两子船体平行对称设置在母船体两侧前方。
所述两子船体底面低于所述母船体底面。
对称设置在所述船体两侧的浆轮高度为上、下调整式结构。
本发明优点在于将现代的主机与传统的浆轮推进器相结合,采取将对称设置在船体两侧的浆轮下缘低于船体底面的设置方式,这样当浆轮高速旋转时,径向均布设置在浆轮外缘上的桨叶依次连续高速向后下方拍击水面,因为水密度很大,从而获得足够向前上方的反作用力,其向上的分力支撑船体跃出水面,其向前的分力推动船体向前运动,因此只有船体尾部接触少量水面,并在水面上滑行,保持船体平衡,从而避免了极大的水阻力,显著提高了推进效率,实现船舶的高速经济航行。
通过船模试验,采用本发明结构的船模速度,在输出功率、船体重量、空间尺寸相同条件下,比采用螺旋桨滑行艇结构的船模速度快50%以上,其快速性指标实现重大突破。同时,当突然加速航行或高速航行遭遇涌浪船体开始上仰至浆轮脱离水面时,船体即失速下降而自动避免船体翻转。因此本发明具备突出的稳定性和耐波性。
由于采用跃出水面的航行姿态,本发明可以跨越水面漂浮物,大幅度减轻其对船体和浆轮的影响,通过性好,甚至在特殊情况或特殊用途下,可以直接冲滩登陆。

具体实施方式
图1示出了本发明航行时的原理。浆轮2设置在船体1的中部,其下缘低于船体底面4,在主机驱动下浆轮2向前高速旋转时,其上的桨叶3依次连续高速向后下方拍击水面产生一个F力,同时受到一个大小相等,方向相反的反作用力F′,其垂直向上的分力F′1支撑船体1跃出水面,其水平向前的分力F′2推动船体1向前运动,只有船体1尾部接触少量水面并在水面上滑行,从而避免了船体1航行时绝大部分的水阻力,输出的动力主要用于克服空气阻力,显著提高了推进效率;当浆叶3旋转时构成的外缘切线速度V大于50km/h时,推进效率更佳。本发明所述的主机可以采用电机、内燃机、汽轮机、燃气轮机等。
实施例1:
如图2-1、图2-2所示,本发明所述的明轮快艇包括船体,设置在所述船体上由主机驱动推进器所构成的船舶动力装置;所述船体为三体船,两子船体6、7平行对称设置在母船体8两侧前方,两子船体6、7底面低于母船体8底面;在母船体8尾部设置有船舵5;所述推进器由两个对称设置在母船体8两侧纵向中部的浆轮2组成;浆轮2的下缘低于母船体8的底面;两子船体6、7的设置不仅增加了浮力,起到保护后方两个浆轮2的作用,同时也形成合适的迎水角度,更利于静止状态时的启航和高速航行时的稳定,在船舵5的配合下,其浮性、抗沉性和操纵性十分优异。
实施例2:
如图3-1、图3-3所示,本发明所述的明轮快艇包括船体1,设置在所述船体1上由主机驱动推进器所构成的船舶动力装置;所述推进器由两个对称设置在船体1两侧纵向中部的浆轮2组成;浆轮2的下缘低于船体底面4;在船体1尾部设置有船舵5。
为利于静止状态启航,两侧浆轮2的轮轴设置为高度上、下可调整式结构,具体可以采用螺杆式或液压式等常规升降机构实现;如图3-2示出了船体1处于静止状态时,将浆轮2的轮轴调整为上位,使浆轮2的下缘高于船体底面4但低于水面的状态,这也是传统明轮船的典型状态,不能高速航行。

Claims (5)

1.一种明轮快艇,它包括船体(1),设置在所述船体(1)上由主机驱动推进器所构成的船舶动力装置;所述推进器由两个对称设置在船体(1)两侧的浆轮(2)组成;其特征在于:浆轮(2)的下缘低于船体底面(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的明轮快艇,其特征在于:所述推进器对称设置在船体(1)两侧的纵向中部;在船体(1)尾部设置有船舵(5)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的明轮快艇,其特征在于:所述船体为三体船,两子船体(6、7)平行对称设置在母船体(8)两侧前方。
4.根据权利要求3所述的明轮快艇,其特征在于:所述两子船体(6、7)底面低于所述母船体(8)底面。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的明轮快艇,其特征在于:对称设置在所述船体(1)两侧的浆轮(2)高度为上、下调整式结构。
