Abstract

本发明公开了一种测定有效氯的试纸及其制备的方法,使有效氯的折测变得既快又方便,折测有效氯的浓度的范围扩大到31.25~8000ppm。对应采用的人工标准色版的折测浓度公式为Cl2=K×20~8ppm,K值=31.25。

Description

本发明涉及一种测定有效氯的试纸及其制备的方法。
目前消毒剂种类颇多,其中以含氯消毒剂在卫生防疫中使用最广,品种也较多。此类消毒剂的消毒效果多与有效氯含量成正比。因此为了达到不同的消毒目的,使用时必须测定其有效氯的含量。现有的测定方法多以碘量法为基准,但不便于现场操作,故不易普及。虽然也有有效氯含量快速检测试纸(《消毒与灭菌》1985年第三期第158页),但该试纸的检测范围较窄,仅能检测有效氯含量为65~180mg/L的浓度范围,不能适应于目前广泛的消毒要求。
本发明的目的在于设计一种既方便快速,检测范围又广,易于普及应用的高浓度有效氯含量的快速检测试纸。
本发明根据碘化钾在酸性溶液中与不同浓度的有效氯作用,折出碘的颜色不同的原理,制备有效氯测定试纸。并将检测后试纸所呈现的颜色与人工标准色版比较,从而达到检测定量的目的。具体实现方法是将定性滤纸浸入溶解了适量碘化钾的缓冲液中,进行饱和吸收,吸收率达1∶3,取出烘干,修剪成型,然后贮存在不透水的袋中待用。永久性人工标准色版的制备方法有两种:(一)根据消毒液测定浓度要求,配制各种不同浓度的有效氯标准溶液,使与测定试纸作用,把所呈现的各种颜色的试纸作为制备相似颜色的人工标准色版。这种人工色版有效氯的浓度为31.25~8000ppm,其公式为Cl2=K×20~8PPm,K值=31.25。(二)用几种水溶性颜料,按不同比例混合制成与上述颜色基本相似的永久性人工标准色版。见附图。为有效氯在2的指数值分别为0~8时对应的色版,PPm值越大,颜色越深。
本发明的产品与现有技术相比具有简单方便,同现场折测,检测范围广,便于携带,易于普及应用等优点。对于改善食品卫生,保护人民的身心健康有积极的意义。
实施例:有效氯测定试纸的制备方法
(1)配制磷酸缓冲溶液,PH=7.4
(2)取碘化钾15克,溶于100ml磷酸盐缓冲溶液中。
(3)取定性滤纸,浸入上述溶液,进行饱和吸收,吸收率可达1∶3左右,提出烘干,切成6×0.7公分纸条,贮存在不透水的袋或盒中待用。

Claims (2)

1、一种由碘化钾、定性滤纸及缓冲液构成的有效氯测定试纸,其特征在于定性滤纸与碘化钾量的比为1∶0.1~0.5,其PH值为7~9。
2、一种在测定有效氯时采用的人工标准色版,其特征在于对应的有效氯浓度范围为31.25~8000ppm,其公式为Cl2=K×20~8ppm,K值=31.25。
