六缸汽油机新型进气歧管。本发明属于多缸汽油机构造技术领域。是使六缸汽油机的各缸进气门口到化油器喉管的距离相等等特点,从而促进各缸的进气充量基本均匀,提高整机的动力性能和经济性能。六缸汽油机仅仅更换这种进气歧管,最大有效功率可提高3~4%,最大有效扭距可提高4~6%,而最低比油耗降低3~4%。

本发明属于多缸汽油机构造技术领域
现在使用的六缸汽油机的进气歧管是以减少混合气流动阻力损失和整机结构紧凑为目的而进行配置的。存在的主要问题是各缸进气充量不均匀,使各缸具有的性能指标不一,整机的动力性能和经济性能不高。这个问题在内燃机的理论和试验上有过分析,有过结论,但在实际结构上没有解决。
本发明的目的是采用新型的进气歧管,使六缸汽油机各缸的进气充量基本均匀,提高整机的动力性和经济性能。
本发明的要点是新型六缸汽油机各缸进气门口到化油器喉管的距离相等,化油器两边的进气管道进气过程对称,而且一缸与二缸、五缸与六缸分别共同使用一根进气歧管,它们分别与三缸、四缸单独使用的两支歧管共用一根进气总管。根据六缸汽油机使用范围的不同,选择不同的歧管截面和与之匹配的配气相,得到不同转速要求的性能指标。
六缸汽油机仅仅更换一个进气歧管,最大有效功率可提高3-4%;最大有效扭距可提高4-6%;而最低比油耗降低3-4%。以解放牌汽车CA-10C六缸汽油机为例,若一辆汽车每年按行驶1800小时计,每辆汽车每年可节约汽油1.5吨,在汽车性能方面,爬坡能力、载重量、行驶速度都能有所提高。

1、一种六缸汽油机新型进气歧管,本发明的主要特征是各缸进气门口到化油喉管的距离相等,化油器两边的进气管道进气过程对称。
2、按权利要求1所述的进气歧管,其特征是一缸与二缸、五缸与六缸分别共同使用一根进气歧管。他们分别与三缸、四缸单独使用的两根歧管共用一根进气总管。
3、按权利要求1所述的进气歧管,其特征是选择不同的截面和与之匹配的配气相,得到不同转速要求的性能指标。
