Abstract
一种治疗用导光内视镜或插入工具。内视镜被做成可拆地联接在一根光缆的光放出端部,由此传送相当于太阳光的可见光部分的光线。内视镜包括一个带有封闭顶端部的透明或半透明细长管。细长管有一滤光镜,它靠近和光缆联接的联接部。
Description
本发明关于一种内视镜或一种插入工具用来把治疗用的光线例如太阳光线导至口腔、耳、鼻、喉、直肠等的内表面上。
最近,很多人患上很难治好的病,例如关节炎,神经疼,风湿症或者创伤疼,骨折疼或无名疼等病症。此外,任何人都不能避免皮肤的老化,这在年青时就已开始慢慢地进行了。此外,本申请人已经提出过用镜头之类把太阳光或人造光聚焦,把它导入光导体内,把这些光线传递到任意所需的地方。这样被传递的太阳光或人造光被用来照明或其他类似的用途,如,植物、小球藻的栽培之类。在这种过程中,可见光并不含有紫外线,红外线等等,提高了生活体的反应,同样提高了人的健康或防止人皮肤的老化。此外,这种可见光对治好关节炎、神经疼、褥疮、风湿症、烧伤、皮肤病、创伤、骨折伤等,以及对上述诸症的止疼有效。这种效果是用了按照本发明的装置而获得的,本发明申请人早就发现了这一点。
此外,考虑了上述的具体情况,本发明申请人已经提出过一种光照射治疗装置,它用一种不含紫外线,红外线等有害成分的相当于太阳光的可见光部分的光线来对人进行各种医疗或美容或增进健康。
本申请人在先提出的光照射治疗装置包括一根光缆和半透明圆筒套。由端部把太阳光或人造光导入光缆,被导入的光线就被光缆所传送。相当于太阳的可见光的光线(白色光)是这样被光缆传送的,即它按照本申请人在先提出过的各种方法。半透明圆筒套被装在光缆的光放出端部。在治疗时,病人被放在椅子上,可见光部分的光线是这样传经光缆的,这以前已提过,然后射到病人的患部。
如上所述,射到病人患部的光线是相当于太阳光可见光部分的光线,所以不含紫外线和红外线。因此在治疗时没有紫外线和红外线的不良影响。然而,上述的光照射治疗装置是主要用于把光线射在病人的皮肤表面上。因此,在治疗口腔、耳、鼻、喉、直肠等内表面病变部位时,它就不可能把光线导到病变部位上,所以治疗的效果不能发挥出来。
本发明的目的是提供一种引导光线作治疗用途的内视镜或插入工具。它可以插入并把光线导至口腔、耳、鼻、喉、直肠等的内表面。
本发明的上述的特征和其他优点将通过下面按照附图而作的详细说明被清楚地了解。
图1是解释本申请人以前提出的光照射治疗装置一个实施例的结构图。
图2至图4是相应的剖视图以解释按照本发明的导光治疗用的内视镜或插入工具的几个实施例。
图5(A)至图5(D)是显示图3和图4中光缆15顶端部斜面形状的各视图。
图6是图3和图4中支持件16的断面图(沿图3Ⅵ-Ⅵ线所作)。
图1是解释本申请人以前提出的光照射治疗装置一个实施例的结构图。在图1中,1是光缆。太阳光或人造光从一个没有在图1中画出的端部被导入光缆1,并由它传送。相当于太阳光的可见光部分的光线(白色光)用本申请人以前提出过的各种方式在光缆1中被传送通过。
图1中,2是半透明圆筒套,它被装在光缆1的光放出端部1a,3是治疗用椅子。在治疗时,病人被放在椅子3上,可见光部分的光线用以前提过的方式被传经光缆1而射到病人的患部。
图2是按照本发明导光治疗用的内视镜或插入工具一个实施例的剖视图。图2中,10是一根细长管,它包括一个透明或半透明件。管10的一个端部11是封闭的,而另一端部12可拆地连接着光缆1的光放出端部。细长管的长度和直径由治疗的位置来预先决定的,即,口腔、耳、鼻、喉、直肠等的内表面来决定的。在进行治疗时,选定一根最适合治疗位置的插入工具,把它接上光缆1,进行治疗。
一般来说,适合于治疗的光线是白色光,上面已说过。可以用镜头之类把太阳光聚焦,把相当于白色光部分的光线导入光缆1。然而,即使在这种场合下,所导入的光线中还会有一些接近红外线和接近紫外线的光线。有时,这些接近红外线或紫外线的光线对患部产生不良影响。图2中,13是一个滤光镜,用以拦截接近红外(或紫外)的光线,这种由接近红外(或紫外)的光线产生的不良影响就被滤光镜13所消除了。除了滤光镜13,另一个滤光镜14被叠加在滤光镜13上以便进一步拦截接近紫外(或红外)的光线。或者,细长管10具有拦截接近紫外(或红外)的光线的功能,因而管10能截去接近红外和紫外的光线。
图3是解释按照本发明的导光治疗用的内视镜或插入工具另一实施例的剖视结构图。在此实施例中,细长管10中的支持件16同心地支持着光导体15。还有,当管10和光缆1联接时,光导体15的轴线和光缆1的轴线重合。从光缆1的端部放出的光线被传经光导体15并从细长管10的顶端部射出。
此外,在此场合下,如果光导体15的顶端部被切成和光导体15轴线成斜面如图3中虚线15a所示的状态,从光导体15顶端部射出的光线就沿着折离光导体15轴线的方向。例如,光线能被射到口腔的上边,下边,或侧边。
图4是按照本发明的导光治疗用的内视镜或插入工具又另一种实施例的剖视结构图。在此实施例中,如本申请人已提出的用各种方法,例如,在图3所示的实施例中光导体15的周面上形成有割槽,或者在此上涂上比该光导体的折光率大的物质,以形成一个光放出部15b,因而光线可以在沿着细长管10的轴线方向的整个区域上大致均匀地放出。这样做法,例如,该插入工具可被采用于插入直肠的场合,把光线射向直肠的整个内表面。
图5(A)至图5(D)各自为图3和图4中的光导体15的顶端部上斜面15a的改型例的放大图。图5(A)和图5(B)显示的改型例中,各斜面15a,15a都和包含光导体15中心的平面15c呈对称关系,这样,在光导体15的顶端部射出的光线在相反的两个方向都有。斜面15a的倾斜角度是任意的。此外,也可以使斜面15a的一部分面积和光导体15的轴线垂直,这样,把一部分光线引导向直线方向。
图5(C)和图5(D)中,光导体15的顶端部被做成锥形,以提供一个斜面15a,因而通过光导体15传送出来的光线在光线导体15的顶端部整个周向射出。即使在此场合,也可以让斜面15a的一部分表面15d在顶端部分和光导体15的轴线垂直,因而使经光导体15传来的光线之一部分沿着光导体15的轴线方向射出。
图6是图3中所示支持件16的断面图(沿着图3的Ⅵ-Ⅵ线所作)。支持件16被分成两个半圆件161和162,其直径等于细长管10的内径,如图6所示。由于两个半圆件161和162上有相应的槽171和172,当两件被合为一件时,其中央就形成了一个正方形断面的孔17,其边大约等于光导体15的直径。
接着,光导体15被夹持在孔17中,因此,光导体15和支持件16在四个点181至184上彼此接触。它们都是被粘结剂如光学胶之类在这些点上联接在一起,由于各联接部在各相应点上是相互接触的,就不怕光线会从这些联接部泄漏出去。
如上所述地把光导体15和支持件16联接好后,联接成的组件被插入细长管10中,例如,紧靠光缆1的支持件16的外周部用光学胶之类被联接到细长管10上。用上述的办法,图3和图4中所示的内视镜或插入工具的结构能很容易地被得出。
从上述叙述中可知,按照本发明,可以提供一种导光治疗用的内视镜或插入工具,它适宜用于把内视镜或插入工具插入口腔、耳、鼻、喉、直肠等的内表面并把光线射于其上进行治疗。
Claims (9)
1、一种治疗用导光内视镜,其特征为该内视镜被做成可拆地联接着一根光缆的光放出端部,由此,相当于太阳光的可见光部分的光线可以被传送,该内视镜包括一个带封闭顶端部的透明或半透明细长管。
2、如权利要求1中的一种治疗用导光内视镜,其特征为该细长管有一个滤光镜,它靠近和该光缆联接的联接部。
3、如权利要求1中的一种治疗用导光内视镜,其特征为该细长管用带有滤光功能的能截除特定波长部分光线通过该细长管的透明或半透明物质构成。
4、如权利要求1中的一种治疗用导光内视镜,其特征为一个光导体被同心地装在该细长管中,该光导体的一端和该光缆光放出侧的端面相对或接触。
5、如权利要求1中的一种治疗用导光内视镜,其特征为该光导体的光放出侧的顶端部被切成一个相对于该光导体轴线倾斜的斜面。
6、如权利要求5中的一种治疗用导光内视镜,其特征为该斜面相对于通过该光导体轴心的平面对称。
7、如权利要求5中的一种治疗用导光内视镜,其特征在于为该斜面和该光导体轴心同心。
8、如权利要求4至7中任一项的一种治疗用导光内视镜,其特征为该内视镜有一个支持件用以在该细长管中支持该光导体,该支持件用点接触的方式支持着该光导体。
9、如权利要求1至8中任一项的一种治疗用导光内视镜,其特征为在该光导体的外面在该光导体的周缘部位有光线放出部以放出通过该光导体传送来的光线。
