一种光动力肿瘤治疗仪,由氦氖(HE-NE)气体放电管和光学谐振腔构成单管激光器,用合成方法使N个单管的氦氖(HE-NE)激光器功率汇聚成高功率氦氖(HE-NE)激光功率,其特征是把N个单管氦氖(HE-NE)激光器并联,每m个激光管为一组,并分别用开关与电源连接,每个氦氖(HE-NE)激光管用光纤连接,最后通过光纤汇聚成合成的高功率氦氖(HE-NE)激光功率,控制开关的开或关的数量,可以调整输出激光功率的大小。

   光动力肿瘤治疗仪
一种光动力肿瘤治疗仪,属保健与娱乐领域的放射治疗(A61N)类。
光动力治疗肿瘤,主要依懒于合适的波长光源和优良的光敏剂,适合于治疗肿瘤的光源有:氩离子染料激光、金蒸汽激光、铜蒸汽激光、氦氖(HE-NE)氦氖)激光等,其中以氦氖(HE-NE)激光为常用的治疗肿瘤激光,其波长为632.8nm。
有了合适的光源,还必须有合适强度的激光功率,才能取得有效的光敏反应;目前公认的治疗肿瘤的激光功率是在200mW-800mW,理论上,较高功率照射时,可增加照射深度和缩短照射时间,但在实验中,功率在800mW时,照射时疼痛反应明显,同时,因为一定波长的激光,其穿透组织深度,并不随激光功率的增加而增加,所以,过高的一定波长的激光功率,治疗肿瘤不但无益,而且反而有害,现在市场上已有的治疗肿瘤激光功率,约在1W左右,因而不适合于有效治疗肿瘤;如果用氦氖(HE-NE)激光治疗肿瘤,最大的难题是其功率达不到要求,普通氦氖(HE-NE)激光器的功率仅为35mW-50mW,因而目前尚无用氦氖(HE-NE)激光治疗肿瘤。
本发明的目的是设计一种可调整的大功率氦氖(HE-NE)激光治疗肿瘤的光动力肿瘤治疗仪。
本发明的方案是:用氦氖(HE-NE)气体放电管和光学谐振腔构成单管激光器,用合成方法使N个单管的氦氖(HE-NE)激光器功率汇聚成高功率氦氖(HE-NE)激光功率,其特征在于:用N个单管氦氖(HE-NE)激光器并联,每m(m<N)个激光管为一组,并分别用分组开关和总开关与电源连接,每个氦氖(HE-NE)激光管的输出端用光纤连接,并藉助光纤最后汇聚成高功率氦氖(HE-NE)激光功率,控制分组开关的开或关的数量,可调整氦氖(HE-NE)激光的输出功率。
本发明的优点是其功率可分段调节,可输出100,200,300,400mW-350mW的合适功率,也可输出30mW-40mW激光功率对内科、外科、妇科、皮肤科、眼科、口腔科、耳鼻科、咽喉科、儿科等的几百种疾病进行穴位照射、扩束照射治疗,安全可靠。

图中共有N个并联的氦氖(HE-NE)气体放电管的单管激光器,每m(m<N)个激光管为一组,并用分组开关Ki(i=1,2,..1)和总开关K与电源D连接,每个氦氖(HE-NE)激光管用光纤J连接,并在G区域经光纤汇聚成合成的高功率氦氖(HE-NE)激光功率,控制开关Ki的开或关的数量,可调整氦氖(HE-NE)激光的输出功率大小,当全部开关K、Ki闭合时,可输出300mW-400mW的激光功率,以便治疗肿瘤,当只有一个开关闭合时,可输出30mW-100mW的氦氖(HE-NE)激光功率,以便治疗其他疾病;作为一个实施例,m取3-4个单管激光器可以达到输出小功率激光功率。

1,一种光动力肿瘤治疗仪,由氦氖(HE-NE)气体放电管和光学谐振腔构成单管激光器,用合成方法使N个单管的氦氖(HE-NE)激光器功率汇聚成高功率氦氖(HE-NE)激光功率,其特征在于:用N个单管氦氖(HE-NE)激光器并联,每m(m<N)个激光管为一组,并分别用分组开关Ki和总开关K与电源D连接,每个氦氖(HE-NE)激光管的输出端用光纤J连接,并在G区域经过光纤汇聚成合成的高功率氦氖(HE-NE)激光功率。
