Description
本发明涉及一种用压铸法或者反压铸法制作由塑性塑料、热固性塑料和(或)弹性体组成的塑料件的压铸机,配置有一个以平行或垂直结构形式固定多个塑模的多工位合型机构和一个为塑模的同时压铸而设置的压铸机构,两块外面的压模夹紧板,其中一块沿关闭方向可动地设置在导向构件上和一在两块压模夹紧板之间可动地设置在导向构件上的中间塑模固定部分,所说的部分设有一带注射喷嘴的可加热的熔体流道系统并且在其两侧各固定塑模的半型,此时用于固定大半塑模的中间塑模固定部分形成沿关闭方向分开的压模夹紧板,其两部分由一快速夹紧装置结合,其两部分之间设有熔体流道系统,使分开的移动缸固定在中间的压模夹紧板旁。
用由主要专利公开的压铸机可以最经济地制作较大的部件,特别是用压铸法或者反压铸法制作塑料车体。松开快速夹紧装置可以侧面处理设有塑模一半的中间分开的压模夹紧板的两个板部分,从而使熔体流道系统完全显露,以便从两面可接通。
通过中间分开的压模夹紧板,两个相同塑模的同时压铸是可能的。
本发明应当有目的地对分开的中间压模夹紧板作改进,以致于有可能压铸仅一个塑模或者同时压铸两个不同类型的塑模。
本发明的任务是这样完成的,即中间可动的压模夹紧板成三分开,并且使熔体流道系统设置在三部分之间。在本发明的构成中,可以给熔体流道系统的每一部分配置一分开的压铸机构。三分开的压模夹紧板通过一个或者多个快速夹紧装置夹紧成一个整体。那是最有利的。使熔体流道系统呈熔体导板状是有可能的。
通过本发明将中间可动的压模夹紧板三分开,就可能使每个熔体流道系统连接在压铸机构旁和使各自配置的塑模分开地注射。此外还有可能通过中间压模夹紧板上同时注射两个不同的塑模。
结合附图对本发明的实施例作进一步说明。唯一的附图为中间可动的压模夹紧板的纵剖面图。
如图所示,中间可动的压模夹紧板4′由三部分组成,在三部分之间配置熔体流道系统30。压模夹紧板4′由一个或多个图中未画的快速夹紧装置夹紧成一个整体。32表示喷嘴,11表示可动的中间压模夹紧板的支座。
Claims (4)
1、一种用压铸法或者反压铸法制作由热塑性塑料、热固性塑料和(或)弹性体组成的塑料件的压铸机,配置有一个以平行或垂直结构形式固定多个塑模的多工位合型机构和一个为塑模的同时压铸而设置的压铸机构,两块外面的压模夹紧板,其中一块沿关闭方向可动地设置在导向构件上和一在两块压模夹紧板之间可动地设置在导向构件上的中间塑模固定部分,所说的部分设有一带注射喷嘴的可加热的熔体流道系统并且在其两侧各固定塑模的半型,此时用于固定大半塑模的中间塑模固定部分形成沿关闭方向分开的压模夹紧板,其两部分由一快速夹紧装置结合,其两部分之间设有熔体流道系统,使分开的移动缸固定在中间的压模夹紧板旁,根据专利……(专利申请第3428780.9-16号),其特征在于中间可动的压模夹紧板(4′)分为三部分,熔体流道系统(30)设置在三部分之间。
2、根据权利要求1所述的压铸机,其特征在于使熔体流道系统(30)的每一部分都配置有一分开的压铸机构。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的压铸机,其特征在于三分开的压模夹紧板(4′)由一个或多个快速夹紧装置夹紧成一整体。
4、根据权利要求1到3中的一项所述的压铸机,其特征在于使熔体流道系统(30)成熔体导板状。
