Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种管接头,该管接头具有一个能绕这些要连接管端卡箍式的可夹紧的壳体,该壳体具有径向朝内的管头法兰盘,在该壳体内围有一个沿轴向截面为C形,由某种弹性体组成和向内开口的密封环,密封环的两个端面各贴紧在朝上述端面的一个截角锥状、能收缩的夹紧环表面上,每个夹紧环由上述表面在壳体过渡到其中某个管头法兰盘的范围内以其外缘支承在壳体的内侧上,并用其限定其较小直径的内缘在夹紧壳体时促使夹紧在其中某个管端的周边上。
这样一种管接头例如由瑞士专利说明书CH-PS620510(详细内容与西德专利说明书DE-PS2731464或与美国专利说明书US-PS4108479是相同的)是已知的。这种已知的接头在实际上已被证明是可靠的。夹紧环在其较小直径的范围内通过开有直的或丁形切口呈片状分布而且这样形成的薄片至少在其侧边的一侧有些翘曲,使这些薄片在一定程度上呈百叶窗式重叠。因此在夹紧环内缘上形成钩爪或齿牙,这些钩爪或齿牙在夹紧壳体时夹紧在要连接管端的外表面上,并且通过接头的壳体在其上支承夹紧环,实际上在要连接的管端之间形成一个形状连接。
为使夹紧确定薄片端部或齿牙,对已知的接头都是由一个平端面产生的,该端面实际上垂直于截角锥状夹紧环的内表面和外表面。事实表明,要是采用已知的接头来连接由较硬材料诸如铸铁制成的管子,则需要有一个很大的力来夹紧壳体,直至夹紧环内缘能可靠而充分地紧夹在管子外表面的周围上。事实还表明,要是采用已知的接头来连接由较软的能蠕变材料诸如铝或铜制成的管子,则夹紧壳体直至夹紧夹紧环的内缘所需的力虽是很小,但薄片或齿牙在夹紧环内缘上的嵌入深度仍然是不定的,因此,特别是在管壁很薄时,这些在夹紧环内缘啮合线上的管子可能遭受某种削弱。
在上述已有技术的前提下,创制一种开始时所述型式的接头可以认为是发明的一个目的,这种接头对于由较硬材料制成的管子也可以用较小的夹紧力和/或当管子是由软性材料制成时夹紧环内缘嵌入到管料内的深度则可以有较好地限定,因此对于薄壁管就几乎避免了类似的削弱危险。
所提出的接头要达到这个目的就必须使这种管接头具有如下特征:为了能在管端周边上固定夹紧环,夹紧环具有一个凹形断面。通过夹紧环内缘的凹形断面,首先与管子达到接触的内缘边棱是呈锐角的,因而以较小的耗力就能嵌入到管料内,然而仅仅嵌入到由于嵌入锐角边棱排挤出的管料填满凹形断面为止。这种情况在夹紧壳体时是明显地可觉察到的。
凹形断面以V形为宜,此时其张角可以在90°与150°之间。所提出接头,特别是用于很小的名义直径甚至可以不用片状或分成节段的夹紧环内缘。另一方面所提出接头夹紧环的内缘也是分成节段的,各个节段则未翘曲。
发明的一些实施例下面借助于附图来详述。附有:

图1和2所示的管接头10具有一个卡箍式的能绕这些要连接管端11、12(图2中用虚线表示)的可夹紧的壳体13。壳体13在两个端面具有朝向内侧的管头法兰盘14、15(图2),而在中间则有一个园柱形段16。如图1可知,从园柱形段16的纵向侧端向外翻起两个突耳17、18,并在园柱形段的外侧19或20部位再焊住。突耳17围住一个具有两个横向通孔22、23的杆21。突耳18围住另一个具有两个内螺纹的横孔25、26的杆24。杆21和24通过突耳17或18来保持,但可扭转,这些杆件均通过两个螺栓27、28作相互连接,此时每个自由通过孔22、23夹紧的螺栓27、28的头部处于杆21上。通过拧紧螺栓27、28就可使壳体13收缩。
壳体13围住一个沿轴向截面为C形、由某种弹性材料诸如由某种合成橡胶制成和向内开口的密封环29。密封环29向内突出的密封唇边30、31终止在一个尖锐的密封边32、33上,并且通过螺旋弹簧环34、35支承在密封环29的腹部36上。密封环29的腹部36设置有向内突出的凸缘37,这些凸缘用于硬化腹部36并能防止该腹部特别是在密封环29继续有热交变载荷时由壳体13的内壁隆起。
密封环29的两个端面各以平面紧贴在一个能使其相关直径收缩的夹紧环38或39朝外的表面上,密封环以其较大的直径或外缘支承在壳体13的园柱形段16与相应管头法兰盘14或15之间的槽内,此外还在该处嵌有一个具有三角形截面的锁环40和一个具有园形截面的锁环41。图1还可得知,夹紧环38、39在其内缘上呈片状分布的,并且薄片呈某种锯齿状。
当接头10松弛地套装在管端11、12上,此后拧紧螺栓27、28,壳体13就会收缩。此时密封环29-由于缺乏其他可能性-使密封环使其内径同样向内缩小变化。此时密封唇边32、33首靠到密封装置管子外缘上,并当继续夹紧螺栓27、28时还使夹紧环38、39的内缘进入与管子外侧嵌合。
现在为得到所提出管接头的一些最重要特征,可以参阅图3-6。
由图3可知夹紧环38、39的一部分展开图。夹紧环的外缘用42表示,内缘则用43来表示。J形切口44是从内缘43开始制出,而由这些切口44形成的薄片则可由截面锥表面弯成或扭成。由图5清楚地可见内缘43有一个凹形断面,此时该断面具有一个包括一个钝角的V形。而外缘42则是倒园的。
夹紧环38、39其内缘特殊断面的作用原理现有借助图6来作说明。图上可见一个通过夹紧环38、39其中一个的横截面(缩短并简化的),此时为了简化起见,图6内未示出嵌有夹紧环的锁环40、41。倒园的外缘42支承在壳体13的管头法兰盘15与园柱形段16之间的切口内。内缘43具有V形断面。该断面的一个角边47与截面锥状夹紧环38、39的内表面48一起形成一个锐角刀刃49,该刀刃-在拧紧螺栓27、28时-嵌入到管端11、12的材料内。此时排挤或抛起管料。V形断面的另一角边50则用其由于锐角刀刃49抛起的管料形成一个止动对偶,该对偶实际上可防止刀刃49进一步嵌入到管料内。达到图6内示意性表示的状态,即对于一种无疑还是机械式管端连接的壳体13的充分收缩或夹紧,这在拧紧螺栓27、28时可以明显地觉察到,也即一旦V形断面47、50为抛出的或挤出的管料所填满,则拧紧用的转矩会突然增大。
应用按图3-5的夹紧环时其作用原理是类似的。在那里首先是内缘43上那些翘曲薄片45部分啮合在管子的外表面上。进一步拧紧螺栓27、28就使这部分翘曲有局部消除,直至内缘未翘曲的部分碰到管子外表面上并在该处埋入。
图7和8所示的夹紧环38、39其结构型式和图3-5所示结构型式的区别仅仅在于,其内缘43虽则也是分成节段的,但各个节段却没有如图3-5那样的“锯齿状”。图7内分成节段是通过园弧形切口51而图8则是通过槽52来实现的。这类结构型式的外缘42也是倒园的,而分成节段的内缘则也呈凹形的V形断面。
夹紧环内缘的凹形断面不一定必须是V形的。也可以是园弧形的。但是后一情况下在拧紧螺栓时内缘的充分嵌入不如V形断面可以明显地觉察到。

Claims (4)

1、管接头具有一个能绕这些要连接管端(11、12)卡箍式可夹紧的壳体(13),该壳体具有径向朝内的管头法兰盘(14、15),在该壳体(13)内围有一个沿轴向截面为C形、由某种弹性体组成和向内开口的密封环(29),密封环的两个端面各贴紧在朝向上述端面的一个截角锥状、能收缩的夹紧环(38、39)表面上,每个夹紧环由上述表面在壳体过渡到其中某个管头法兰盘(14,15)的范围内以其外缘(42)支承在壳体(13)的内侧上,并用其限定其较小直径的内缘(43)在夹紧壳体(13)时促使夹紧在其中某个管端(11、12)的周边上,其特征在于,为了能在管端(11、12)周边上的固定夹紧夹紧环(38、39)确定的内缘(43)具有一个凹形断面(47、50)。
2、按权利要求1的管接头,其特征在于,凹形断面(47、50)是V形的。
3、按权利要求2的管接头,其特征在于,V形断面(47、50)的张角为90°与150°之间。
4、按上述任何权利要求之一的管接头,其特征在于,夹紧环(38、39)的内缘(43)是分成节段的。
