Abstract
薯干酒糟是我国制酒特用的原料，但由于粘度大，用一般的真空过滤机无法过滤，所以国内的中小酒厂的酒糟一般不加过滤即排掉。本实用新型采用真空转鼓过滤设备，选择了合适的滤布，使薯干酒槽过滤能为工业连续生产。
Description
本实用新型是用于过滤酒糟的设备，使以薯干为原料制造酒精排出的粘稠酒糟浆液初步脱水，分离出的滤渣便于运输和利用，所得清液可以进一步处理、回收有用组分。
工业上现有的普通真空转鼓过滤机，转鼓上贴附着化纤或棉、毛等织物称为滤布，用以过滤各种悬浮状固液混合物，这种通用过滤机不能将薯干酒糟过滤、脱水。国外没有以薯干为原料制造酒精的厂家，国内多家研究尚未取得用于工业的成果。
薯干酒糟中尚有丰富的营养物质，但由于呈粘稠浆液状不便于储存、运输。大量排放不仅造成经济损失，而且严重污染环境。
本实用新型的目的就是要把酒糟浆液中的固渣和清液初步分离，便于运输、储存和进一步加工处理、利用。
本实用新型采用普通的真空转鼓过滤机，所用滤布是天然丝布，按转鼓规格做成合适的滤布，贴附于转鼓上，如图所示该机操作过程如下：开动过滤机，酒糟浆液连续加入过滤机，滤液连续不断地被真空管〔2〕吸出，滤渣即附于滤布〔3〕上，当滤渣随转鼓〔4〕离开酒糟槽〔1〕时，滤渣继续被吸去水分，滤渣随转鼓转动，达到刮刀〔5〕位置时，被固定的刮刀刮下，已刮掉滤渣的滤布随即行进至水洗糟〔6〕，用水〔7〕冲洗干净，使滤布再生，尔后又进入酒糟槽，继续过滤。本实用新型的特点在于（1）转鼓所用滤布为天然丝织布（如蚕丝）。（2）开机操作时根据原酒糟粘稠度不同而控制适当的滤渣层厚度，一般控制在2－5mm；（3）刮去滤渣后一定要用清水将滤布冲洗干净。
经过本设备过滤，可使酒糟初步脱水，滤渣含水率降低到85％以下，可以装到普通车辆（汽车、马车）运输，滤液中悬浮固体很少，粘度大大降低，便于进一步加工处理，达到工业处理要求。
