Abstract

切开型粘性旋转轴油封，一种用于对旋转轴起封油作用的零件。该油封由两个半圆组成，其唇口部分[3]的橡胶呈圆柱面，其上并附有多头螺纹或肋[4]，肋的旋向与轴的旋转方向相反。
该油封宜作为内燃机曲轴的后油封。

Description

切开型粘性旋转油封
一种切开型粘性旋转轴油封。
本设计属于对旋转轴润滑油起封油作用的密封零件。
在已有技术中，旋转轴一般采用传统的流体动力油封。近年来又采用波形油封（如ASLE第28届年会文集）。这两类油封的封油效果尚可，但都需做成整圈型的。采用整圈型油封时，装配和维修都不方便，整个油封装置的成本也较高。
本设计的目的就是要设计一种切开型油封，具有可靠的密封性能，便于装配和维修，并可降低成本。
本设计可结合附图加以说明。
附图1是切开型粘性旋转轴油封的简图。骨架〔1〕压铸在橡胶〔2〕中，然后切成两半即所谓“切开型”。
附图2是切开型旋转轴油封的剖面图，唇口〔3〕的外侧无箍紧弹簧，故唇口与轴之间的摩擦阻力较小，约为一般油封的1／2。唇口〔3〕与轴的接触部分呈圆柱面形状，因而接触面积较大，亦即散热面积较大，故可降低油膜温度。较小的摩擦阻力和较低的油膜温度，有助于形成较厚的油膜，从而提高油封的使用寿命和减少转轴表面的磨损。唇口圆柱面上还附有与转轴旋向相反的多头螺纹或称肋〔4〕。当转轴旋转时，该螺纹具有泵油作用，可使附在转轴和油封处的油滴有向液侧一面运动的趋势，起到可靠的封油作用。
作为最佳实施例，附图2是可用于内燃发动机上的曲轴后油封，曲轴轴径φ80毫米，油封唇口的宽度为2毫米，肋深0.20毫米。唇口圆柱面上有四头左旋螺纹，螺纹角为3°～5°，肋尖角90°，不对称布置，靠液面侧的肋边与轴线夹角为65°。曲轴后油封骨架〔1〕由08钢制成，并压铸在橡胶〔2〕中，压铸后切开即得到曲轴后油封。

Claims (3)

1、一种带有骨架、并包含一个挡尘唇的、用于对旋转轴起封油作用的橡胶油封，其特征在于，它是由两个半园组成的，其起封油作用的唇口部分[3]呈园柱面，其上并附有多头螺纹，使园柱面形成多头肋[4]，螺纹旋向与轴的旋转方向相反。
2、如权利要求1所述的油封，其特征是螺纹角为3°～5°，肋尖角90°，不对称布置，靠液面侧的肋边与轴线夹角为65°。
3、如权利要求2所述的油封，其特征是唇口〔3〕的宽度为2毫米，肋〔4〕深0.20毫米，在唇口〔3〕宽度上有四头肋〔4〕。
