Abstract

一种脚踏曲柄可沿径向滑动的自行车驱动装置。由于采用了安装在自行车架上的,带有支承滚珠的,由两个相对转动的部分组成的导轮,以及链轮、左法兰盘、销轴、曲柄等物件组成的机构,使曲柄在作圆周运动的同时,产生一个径向伸缩运动。本机构安装在自行车架上,链轮为52齿,飞轮为18齿,速比为2.88。动力臂增长50毫米,比普通自行车省力,可提高行驶速度20%。

Description

自行车的伸缩曲柄机构
本发明属于无轨陆用车辆技术领域。
本发明之前,含有车架的用于驱动自行车传动链条的脚踏曲柄可伸缩或脚踏曲柄可沿径向移动的机构,在FR-A1-2365474、DE-A1-272204、CH598050、US4125239、FR-A-2265607等专利文献中有所记载。这些机构中有的采用了套管、弹簧、滑块等物件和装置使曲柄自身产生一个伸缩运动;有的则采用了凸轮、行星齿轮、大圆环轨道滚导导轮等导向装置以实现脚踏曲柄沿径向移动。本发明人曾研制过上述各种机构,认为上述各种机构结构复杂,运动中摩擦损失大,机构在通过偏心装置所产生的拐点时费力。因此,在实际应用中很难采用。比如FR-A1-2365474,由于采用了大圆环轨道滚导导轮的导向装置,导轮必须安装在自行车链轮的外侧,才能完成脚踏板的圆周运动和脚踏曲柄沿径向的移动。这样,整个装置在沿自行车中轴方向上宽度加大;而且由于导轮直径为350毫米,在这样大的圆环中滚珠在作滑动运动时摩擦损失也很大,该装置没有采取措施使机构顺利通过由于偏心装置而产生的拐点,因此自行车起动和运行中都很费力。为克服上述不足,简化结构,减少摩擦损失,较好地克服行车起动和运行中费力等缺点而发明了本机构。
本发明的要点在于,采用了由两个安装在自行车架上的、带有支承滚珠的由两个相对转动部分组成的导轮;一个装配在自行车中轴右侧上的、开有槽洞的、带有辅助支承机构的链轮;一个装配在自行车中轴左差侧上的、开有槽洞的、带有辅助支承机构的左法兰盘,两个装有脚踏的曲柄;两个连接曲柄与导轮的、分别穿过链轮槽洞与左法兰盘槽洞的销轴所组成的脚踏曲柄可沿径向滑动的自行车驱动装置。曲柄在作圆周运动的同时,产生一个径向伸缩运动。由于导轮安装在链轮的内侧,整个机构结构紧凑。而且由于导轮有内外两个相对转动的部分,该两部分之间有滚珠,当其中一部分固定在车架上,而另一部分在销轴的带动下作圆周运动时,它本身能产生一个运动惯性,该惯性可以较好地克服脚踏曲柄移动的摩擦力,使机构顺利地通过由于偏心装置而产生的拐点。因此,在同样大小作用力的作用下,采用这种机构可以充分利用有用功,达到省力的效果。
下面结合附图所表明的实施例对本发明作进一步详细的叙述。
图1为本发明装置的剖面图。两个安装在自行车架上的导轮〔1〕。由一个内环〔9〕、一个外环〔10〕、以及内环和外环之间的支承滚珠〔12〕所组成。内环或外环固定在车架上,其圆心在自行车中轴圆心前方50~80毫米处。导轮的外环或内环上有一个以上的销孔〔13〕,该销孔能插入销轴并允许销轴转动。最好采用内环固定在车架上,外环上有一个销孔,内环圆心偏向自行车中轴圆心前方50毫米。另外,两个装有脚踏的曲柄〔6〕上各有一个以上的螺纹销孔〔11〕,螺纹销孔内带有内螺纹,用于固定销轴〔7〕曲柄两边的形状与链轮〔1〕和左法兰盘〔5〕上辅助支承装置的槽形轮〔8〕的形状相对应。最好采用2个螺纹销孔,梯形边形状的曲柄。两个销轴有一端插入导轮的外环或内环上的销孔,另一端有螺纹与曲柄上的螺纹销孔配合固定。
图2为图1所示装置中链轮的正视图。链轮〔4〕包含有52~82个齿,链轮上开有一个不越过链轮齿根端的槽洞〔2〕,并带有辅助支承机构〔3〕。辅助支承机构〔3〕为一对以上的槽形滑轮〔8〕,用中心轴固定在链轮上,最好是采用52个齿,长方形槽洞,两对梯形槽滑轮作辅助支承机构的链轮。
图3为所示装置中左法兰盘的正视图。左法兰盘〔5〕上的槽洞及辅助支承机构与链轮上的相同。
本发明的机构,安装在自行车架上,链轮为52齿,飞轮为18齿时,速比为2.88,动力臂增长50毫米,比普通自行车省力,可提高行驶速度20%。

Claims (7)

1、一种装在自行车车架上的脚踏曲柄可沿径向滑行的自行车链条驱动装置,主要由链轮、导轮及可沿径向滑动的脚踏曲柄组成。其特征在于,安置在中轴前方两侧的两个导轮各包含两个可相对转动的部分〔9〕、〔10〕和支承滚珠〔12〕,且中轴左侧有一个与链轮对称的法兰盘。该导轮的两个部分相对转动,通过带槽洞的链轮、左法兰盘和销轴等部件使脚踏曲柄在作圆周运动的同时,沿链轮和法兰盘上的辅助支承装置作径向滑动。
2、按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于所说的安装在自行车架上的两个导轮包含有一个内环〔9〕、一个外环〔10〕、以及内环和外环之间的支承滚珠〔11〕。
3、按照权利要求1、2所述的装置,其特征在于所说的导轮的外环或内环上包含有一个以上的、能插入销轴并允许销轴转动的销孔〔13〕,所说导轮的内环或外环固定在车架上并且其轴心偏向自行车中轴前方。
4、按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于所说的链轮包含有一个不越过链轮齿根端的供销轴移动的槽洞,和由一对以上的,用中心轴固定在其上面的、可绕中心轴转动的槽形滑轮〔8〕所组成的辅助支承机构。
5、按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于所说的左法兰盘包含有一个供销轴移动的槽洞,和由一对以上的、用中心轴固定在其上面的、可绕中心轴转动的槽形滑轮所组成的辅助支承机构。
6、按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于所说的曲柄有与槽形滑轮相配的槽形边,并包含有一个以上的带内螺纹的、可固定销轴的螺纹销孔〔14〕。
7、按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于所说的销轴为一端带有与螺纹销孔相配合的外螺纹的销轴。
