Abstract

本发明属于高强度铸造铝合金。它含有Si8~10%,Cu1.3~2.0%,Mg0.4~0.6%,Ti0.1~0.2%,以及Te0.001~0.200%或者Te0.001~0.200%和Sb0.1~0.2%或者Te0.001~0.200%和Sr0.04~0.08%,Fe<0.3%,Mn<0.1%,Zn<0.5%,其余为其它杂质和Al。本发明合金与ZL111相比,强度提高20%左右。延伸率约提高1倍,它适用于金属型铸造、压力铸造及低压铸造,还可用于制造形状复杂的承受高负荷的铸件或制造大型气密性要求高的铸件。

Description

本发明属于铸造铝合金材料。
亚共晶Al-Si系铸造铝合金,加上少量的时效强化元素Cu、Mg、Mn和晶粒细化元素Ti或B,无论在我国或国外均被广泛使用,例如我国国家标准(GB-1173-74)中的ZL111,苏联的Aπ4M、美国的354.0和西德的G-AlSi(Cu)就属于这类合金。这类合金的主要化学成分,ZL111:Si8~10%,Cu1.3~1.8%,Mg0.4~0.6%,Mn0.1~0.35%,Ti0.1~0.35%,其余为Al;美国354.0:Si8.6~9.4%,Cu1.6~2.0%,Mg0.4~0.6%,Ti0.2%,Fe0.2%,其余为Al。这类合金之所以在国内外被广泛应用,是由于它们存在下列优点:流动性好;无热裂倾向;线收缩小,气密性高,可经受高压气体和液体的压力;有较好的综合机械性能;加工性能好等等。但是这类合金的机械性能尚有较大潜力可挖,铸造性能也还有可能进一步提高,熔炼工艺也可以适当简化等等。
本发明便是针对上述问题作了改进,使用工业纯原材料采用碲及碲加锑或锑加锶复合微合金化的技术措施,研制出了本发明的高强度铸造铝合金,其性能达到了国外用高纯原材料配制的同类牌号。
本发明的要点是在ZL111的基础上,适当地控制了Fe、Mn元素的含量,并相应地添加碲或碲和锑或碲和锶,进行微合金化或复合微合金化处理。本发明合金的化学成分范围控制在:
ZLAlSi9Cul.5MgTeTi:Si8~10%,Cu1.3~2.0%,Mg0.4~0.6%,Ti0.1~0.2%,Te0.001~0.200%,杂质元素含量Fe<0.3%,Mn<0.1%,Zn<0.5%,其余为其它杂质和Al。
ZLAlSi9Cu1.5MgTeSbTi:Si8~10%,Cu1.3~2.0%,Mg0.4~0.6%,Ti0.1~0.2%,Te0.001~0.200%,Sb0.1~0.2%,杂质元素含量Fe<0.3%,Mn<0.1%,Zn<0.5%,其余为其它杂质和Al。
ZLAlSi9Cul.5MgTeSrTi:Si8~10%,Cu1.3~2.0%,Mg0.4~0.6%,Ti0.1~0.2%,Te0.001~0.200%,Sr0.04~0.08%,杂质元素含量Fe<0.3%,Mn<0.1%,Zn<0.5%,其余为其它杂质和Al。
将本发明合金浇注成金属型抗拉强度试样(标准的)。不加工,经热处理后机械性能比ZL111有了大幅度的提高,强度值提高20%左右,延伸率提高约1倍。性能达到美国用高纯原料熔制的354.0合金的水平。本合金与ZL111相比还具有如下几个优点:铸造流动性更好;吸气倾向减小了;组织进一步细化;合金液保持8小时或经三次重熔性能不变;热膨胀系数小等。
本发明合金适用于金属型铸造和压力铸造及低压铸造。可制造形状复杂的承受高负荷的铸件,或制造大型气密性要求高的铸件。

Claims (1)

1.高强度铸造铝合金,其特征为,它含有Si8~10%,Cu1.3~2.0%,Mg0.4~0.6%,Ti0.1~0.2%,以及Te0.001~0.200%或者Te0.001~0.200%和Sb0.1~0.2%或者Te0.001~0.200%和Sr0.04~0.08%,Fe<0.3%,Mn<0.1%,Zn<0.5%,其余为其它杂质和Al。
