Abstract

本发明是亚共晶Al—Si—Cu—Mg系高强度铸造铝合金,含Si4.5%~5.5%,Cu1.0%~1.5%,Mg0.4%~0.6%,还添加了微合金化元素碲或碲和锑,同时加入了晶粒细化元素钛。因此本发明合金比ZL105合金的机械性能有了大幅度的提高,铸造性能和切削加工性能也更好了。本发明合金适合于制造形状复杂的承受高负荷的铸件。

Description

本发明属于铸造铝合金材料。
在铸造铝合金中,加入一定量的硅,以适应铸造性能的要求。为提高机械性能加入了一定量的时效强化元素Cu和Mg等,构成了一类铸造铝合金。属于这类铸造铝合金的有:我国ZL105,其主要化学成分为:Si4.5%~5.5%,Cu1.0%~1.5%,Mg0.35%~0.6%,其余为Al;美国335(Si4.5%~5.5%,Cu1.0%~1.5%,Mg0.4%~0.6%,Ti0.20%)苏联Al5,日本AC4D,英国LM16,西德G-AlSi5Cu等等。
这类合金的特点是:流动性较好;收缩率较低;吸气倾向较小和气密性良好;高温机械性能良好,室温机械性能一般;切削加工性能良好等等。本发明的目的就是为了进一步提高这类合金的机械性能与铸造性能,进一步改善切削加工性能而研制出的新型高强度铸造铝合金。
本发明的要点是:保持ZL105合金的主要化学成分硅、铜和镁,适当控制杂质铁、锰的含量,并采用添加0.001%~0.200%的碲或添加0.001%~0.200%的碲和0.1%~0.3%的锑微合金化或复合微合金化的技术措施,同时加入了晶粒细化元素钛。其化学成分的范围可控制在:
ZLAlSi5CuMgTeTi:Si4.5%~5.5%,Cu1.0%~1.5%,Mg0.4%~0.6%,Te0.001%~0.200%,Ti0.1%~0.2%,其余为Al;杂质元素可控制在下列范围内:Mn在0.1%以下,Fe在0.2%以下,Zn在0.5%以下。
ZLAlSi5CuMgTeSbTi:Si4.5%~5.5%,Cu1.0%~1.5%,Mg0.4%~0.6%,Te0.001%~0.200%,Sb0.1%~0.3%,Ti0.1%~0.2%,其余为Al;杂质元素可控制在下列范围内:Mn在0.1%以下,Fe在0.2%以下,Zn在0.5%以下。
将本发明合金用砂型或金属型浇注成标准的机械性能试样,不经机械加工,经热处理后测定其机械性能,结果表明其强度(σb)比ZL105合金约提高20%~30%,延伸率约提高1倍。
本发明合金还具备这样一些优点(与ZL105相比):铸造性能(流动性,吸气倾向等)更好了;切削加工性能优越;合金液保持长时间(8小时)无需进行中间脱气处理,铝液氧化轻,机械性能也基本保持不变。
本发明可适用于砂型、金属型及低压铸造,也适用于压力铸造。本合金可用于制造形状复杂、承受高负荷的零件,如水冷发动机的缸体,缸头,缸盖等。

Claims (1)

  1. 高强度铸造铝合金,其化学成分中含有4.5%~5.5%的硅,1.0%~1.5%的铜,0.4%~0.6%的镁,0.1%~0.2%的钛,其余为铝,本发明的特征是在该合金中添加0.001%~0.200%的碲或添加0.001%~0.200%的碲和0.1%~0.3%的锑,作为合金化元素。
