Abstract

本实用新型是一种可用于建筑或车辆的防云纹干涉电热丝夹层玻璃,包括外层玻璃、内层玻璃、PVB中间层,若干波纹型电热丝设置于PVB的内部,波纹型电热丝的端头与汇流条连接。本实用新型由于电热丝设计为波纹状,克服了直线型电热钨丝可能产生的云纹干涉,彻底杜绝了干涉条纹,提高了人们的视线观察效果,大大增强了驾驶安全性。另外,在PVB内部的一定深度的位置对电热丝进行布置,可以确保布丝的均匀性和加热的均匀性,预先布好波纹型电热丝的PVB胶片可像常规PVB保存方式那样搬动、堆放,随意移动而不会脱落,同时又保证了每根电热丝与汇流条的良好接触,防止断路或短路现象的发生,保障了加热的均匀性,提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本实用新型属于玻璃,尤其涉及一种防云纹干涉电热丝夹层玻璃。
背景技术
在建筑、车辆上使用的夹层玻璃通常是采用两层或两层以上的钢化或普通玻璃通过一层或一层以上中间层PVB(化学名:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛)结合组合而成,利用PVB的黏结性能,用来抵御一定物体冲击/穿透力,使遭受撞击的玻璃在破碎时相互粘合在一起,不会四处飞溅,防止破碎玻璃伤及人员。为了消除夹层玻璃表面形成的霜、雾,人们通常是在PVB的表面上横向或纵向布置若干直线型电热钨丝,该直线型电热钨丝的两端分别会聚于汇流条上,汇流条设置在PVB的表面,通过传统夹层玻璃的装配工艺方法组合成电热钨丝夹层玻璃。经汇流条引出电极引线可与外接电源联接,通一定电压后可达到玻璃的除霜除雾目的。此种电热钨丝夹层玻璃由于若干电热丝均呈直线状,人们透过玻璃观察外界景物时,容易与直线或交叉型栅网状景物产生云纹干涉现象,影响人们对窗外实际景观的观察效果,尤其是对于车辆而言,严重干扰了驾驶人员的观察视线,容易造成安全隐患。此外,由于电热钨丝的布丝只在PVB的表面层,所以嵌好丝的PVB胶片不能随意搬动、移动,否则容易造成断丝或脱焊,加热均匀性也不好,容易造成局部热点温度过高等隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于为解决现有技术存在的问题,提供一种安全度高,可有效防止云纹干涉现象发生的电热丝夹层玻璃。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种防云纹干涉电热丝夹层玻璃,包括外层玻璃、内层玻璃、PVB中间层,若干波纹型电热丝设置于PVB的内部,所述波纹型电热丝的端头与汇流条连接。
所述波纹型电热丝镶嵌于PVB内部的深度可以为0.15-0.25mm。
所述波纹型电热丝的波长可以为4-8mm、波幅为0.5-3mm。
所述波纹型电热丝的间距可以为1.5-5mm。
所述波纹型电热丝的直径可以为17-30μm。
所述波纹型电热丝可以为钨丝或其它含钨的合金电热丝。
所述波纹型电热丝可以横向或纵向分布于PVB内部。
所述波纹型电热丝的端头可以焊接在镀有焊锡的铜质汇流条上。
所述铜质汇流条的厚度可以为0.11-0.2mm,宽度为2-15mm,汇流条设置于PVB表面上。
所述外层玻璃厚度可以为1.6mm~6mm,中间层PVB厚度为0.38~10.64mm,内层玻璃厚度为1.6mm~6mm。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作详细描述:
需要说明的是:图1至图4为本实用新型的其中一个实施例,玻璃的层数以及PVB的层数可以根据实际情况来确定。
防云纹干涉电热丝夹层玻璃包括外层玻璃1、内层玻璃2、PVB中间层3,若干波纹型电热丝4通过压滚技术横向或纵向均匀分布于PVB3的内部,每个波纹型电热丝4的端头分别与两个汇流条5连接,汇流条5设置于PVB3表面上。依据实际需要,外层玻璃1厚度可以为1.6mm~6mm,中间层PVB厚度为0.38~10.64mm,内层玻璃2厚度为1.6mm~6mm。
为了防止波纹型电热丝4以及汇流条5的脱落,增强电的安全性,提高生产效率,波纹型电热丝4镶嵌于PVB内部的深度为0.15-0.25mm。波纹型电热丝4的端头焊接在镀有焊锡的铜质汇流条5上,铜质汇流条5的厚度为0.11-0.2mm,宽度为2-15mm。由汇流条5引出的铜箔电极引线可直接与外接电源联接或通过集成于玻璃上的接线盒与外部电源连接,接入电压可为12~380V交流或直流电,加热功率在200~900W/m2
为了增强除霜、除雾效果,波纹型电热丝4的波长a为4-8mm,波幅b为0.5-3mm,波纹型电热丝的间距c为1.5-5mm,波纹型电热丝的直径为17-30μm。波纹型电热丝4可以由钨丝等其它导电材料制成。

1.一种防云纹干涉电热丝夹层玻璃,其特征在于:包括外层玻璃、内层玻璃、PVB中间层,若干波纹型电热丝设置于PVB的内部,所述波纹型电热丝的端头与汇流条连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的防云纹干涉电热丝夹层玻璃,其特征在于:所述波纹型电热丝镶嵌于PVB内部的深度为0.15-0.25mm。
3.如权利要求2所述的防云纹干涉电热丝夹层玻璃,其特征在于:所述波纹型电热丝的波长为4-8mm、波幅为0.5-3mm。
4.如权利要求3所述的防云纹干涉电热丝夹层玻璃,其特征在于:所述波纹型电热丝的间距为1.5-5mm。
5.如权利要求4所述的防云纹干涉电热丝夹层玻璃,其特征在于:所述波纹型电热丝的直径为17-30μm。
6.如权利要求5所述的防云纹干涉电热丝夹层玻璃,其特征在于:所述波纹型电热丝为钨丝或其它含钨的合金电热丝。
7.如权利要求1、2、3、4、5或6所述的防云纹干涉电热钨丝夹层玻璃,其特征在于:所述波纹型电热丝横向或纵向分布于PVB内部。
8.如权利要求7所述的防云纹干涉电热丝夹层玻璃,其特征在于:所述波纹型电热丝的端头焊接在镀有焊锡的铜质汇流条上。
9.如权利要求8所述的防云纹干涉电热丝夹层玻璃,其特征在于:所述铜质汇流条的厚度为0.11-0.2mm,宽度为2-15mm,汇流条设置于PVB表面上。
10.如权利要求1所述的防云纹干涉电热丝夹层玻璃,其特征在于:所述外层玻璃厚度为1.6mm~6mm,中间层PVB厚度为0.38~10.64mm,内层玻璃厚度为1.6mm~6mm。
