本实用新型公开了一种索道托绳轮防掉绳装置，包括吊架，托绳轮，在吊架上装有固定轴，在固定轴上装有可绕固定轴转动的轴套，在轴套上有绳卡。本实用新型具有如下的有益效果，由于绳卡上的卡口从托绳轮的上方套住钢丝绳，使钢丝绳在运行过程中即使产生甩动或摆动也不会离开托绳轮，不会从托绳轮上掉落，保证索道的运行安全；由于绳卡上的轴套可绕固定轴转动，当吊椅上的抱索器经过托绳轮时，可推开绳卡，不影响吊椅的通过，当吊椅上的抱索器经过托绳轮后，绳卡在重力作用下回到原处。

背景技术
目前索道在运行过程中，由于钢丝绳的甩动或摆动，使钢丝绳容易从托绳轮上掉落，从而产生索道安全事故，造成人员伤害或停产。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种保证索道钢丝绳不从托绳轮上掉落的装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下方式实现的：一种索道托绳轮防掉绳装置，包括吊架，托绳轮，在吊架上装有固定轴，在固定轴上装有可绕固定轴转动的轴套，在轴套上有绳卡。
本实用新型具有如下的有益效果，由于绳卡上的卡口从托绳轮的上方套住钢丝绳，使钢丝绳在运行过程中即使产生甩动或摆动也不会离开托绳轮，不会从托绳轮上掉落，保证索道的运行安全；由于绳卡上的轴套可绕固定轴转动，当吊椅上的抱索器经过托绳轮时，可推开绳卡，不影响吊椅的通过，当吊椅上的抱索器经过托绳轮后，绳卡在重力作用下回到原处。

如图1、图2所示，一种索道托绳轮防掉绳装置，包括吊架1，托绳轮2，在吊架1上装有固定轴4，在固定轴4上装有可绕固定轴4转动的轴套5，在轴套5上有绳卡6，绳卡6的卡口从托绳轮2上方套住托绳轮2上的钢丝绳3，即不影响钢丝绳3在托绳轮2上运行，又保证钢丝绳3不会从托绳上掉落。
