金属锂提纯方法的公知技术是电解法。该方法可将金属锂的纯度提纯到96%-99%,产生工业级金属锂。将工业级金属锂精炼到纯度99.9-99.99,中国专利金属锂真空蒸馏提纯方法及装置公开了一种蒸馏提纯金属锂的工艺过程和设备。该工艺过程的技术特征是:一种金属锂真空蒸馏提纯方法,在供料炉中,加热纯度96%-99%的固态原料金属锂,温度控制在200-500℃时,形成液戊原料状态,压力小于等于0.1托,在真空蒸馏炉的蒸发坩锅内,加热液态原料金属锂,温度控制在600-850℃时,形成气态原料金属锂,蒸发到真空蒸馏炉的保温区,结质重金属元素仍保持液态留在蒸发坩锅内,保温区温度控制在400-500℃时,气态高纯金属锂和杂质元素金属钠、钾分离,冷凝形成液态,分别通过液封阀流入高纯金属锂收集器和金属钠、钾收集器,留在蒸发坩锅的杂质重金属元素,通过液封阀流入废渣收集器。为上述提纯方法专门设计的金属锂真空蒸馏提纯装置,包括供料炉、真空蒸馏炉、真空扩散设备、废渣收集器、高纯金属锂收集器、金属钠、钾收集器以及液封阀、气密阀、管道等,供料炉设有供料加热设备,并通过液封阀、管道与真空蒸馏连通;真空蒸馏炉通过气密阀、管道与真空扩散设备连通,真空蒸馏炉的底部为蒸发坩埚,通过液封阀、管道与废渣收集器连通,并设有蒸发加热盘,通过液封阀、管道与高纯金属锂收集器连通,保温区的上部为金属钠、钾冷却区,并设有金属钠、钾收集盘,金属钠、钾收集盘通过液封阀、管道与金属钠、钾收集器连通。此类装置气态高纯金属锂和杂质元素金属钠、钾分离效果不佳,从而影响金属锂的纯度。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种盘旋式除钾钠装置,可有效清除杂质元素金属钠、钾,从而提高金属锂的纯度。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种盘旋式除钾钠装置,它包括走料器和加热炉,所述的加热炉与走料器相连接,所述的走料器中设置有盘旋式槽沟,盘旋式槽沟的起、末端设置有进料口和出料口,所述的进料口和出料口分别连接有管道。
本实用新型的优点是:蒸馏提纯金属锂的工艺过程中,通过盘旋式除钾钠装置辅助升温,使钾、钠形成蒸气从锂液中分离,锂液流至盘旋式槽沟,而钾、钠蒸气进入精炼炉腔挥发,盘旋式槽沟的作用,旨在增大锂溶液表面积,逗留锂溶液流淌速度,延长除去钾、钠的时间,可有效清除杂质元素金属钠、钾。
