Abstract

本实用新型属于一种垃圾自动卸料推车，由车架及固定于车架上的车箱组成，车箱的底部设置有前轮，车架尾部设置有后轮和支座。由于利用了推车自身的重心，以后轮为支点，在物料重力的作用下，令车箱翻转，从而自动倾卸垃圾。其结构简单，而且卸料方便、使用可靠，适用普通工人作业，使垃圾及时转运。

本实用新型属于一种垃圾的卸料装置，特别涉及一种垃圾自动卸料推车。
背景技术
人类的生存和发展与自然环境的关系越来越密切，随着人们对环境保护意识的日益提高和加深，对垃圾处理的方法也探究出越来越多的方案。
在垃圾分选过程中，有大量的垃圾进行转运。而使用大卡车进行运载，不但装卸难度大，普通的工人难以完成该工作。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、卸料方便、使用可靠的垃圾自动卸料推车。
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种垃圾自动卸料推车，由车架及固定于车架上的车箱组成，车箱的底部设置有前轮，车架尾部设置有后轮和支座。
所述支座铰接于车箱的中间。
所述车架的后端设置有用于支撑车架的支脚。
所述车箱的后端底部设置有撬棍。
所述车架的上部设置有用于挡住小车的栏杆。
所述车架上设置有把手。
本实用新型由于利用了推车自身的重心，以后轮为支点，在垃圾重力的作用下，令车箱翻转，达到自动倾卸垃圾。它由车箱和车架组成，其结构简单，而且卸料方便、使用可靠，适用普通工人作业，使垃圾及时转运。

下面结合实施例和附图，对本实用新型作详细描述：
如图1所示，本实用新型由车架5和车箱1组成，车架5呈“L”型。车箱1的前端底部设置有前轮8。车箱1的中间底部和车架5后端设置有铰接的支座9，车架5的后端还设置有后轮7。车箱1由前轮8和支座9支撑，后轮7支撑车架5同时也支撑车箱1。车架5的后部设置支脚6，前轮8与支脚6配合支撑车架5。车架5上设置有把手3，其上端设置有栏杆2。当推车在坑边卸料时，由于重心保持在后轮7前方且在靠近后轮7的地方，当推车的前半车身越过坑边时，在重力的作用下，车箱1前部比后部重而失去平衡，因此车箱1绕支座9逆时针翻转，活门被打开，垃圾被倾出。在推车临近坑边时，工人提前将活门插销拔出，使栏杆2挡住小车，防止翻坠，提高了使用可靠性。
为了防止车箱1仍有部分垃圾难以倾出，或者垃圾堆积于车箱1后部，使车1箱不能翻转，需用车箱1后部底面设置的撬棍4将车箱1后部抬起，将垃圾倾出，达到倾卸垃圾彻底的效果。
卸完垃圾后，往后拉推车，从而退出卸垃圾状态。然后插上插销，返回后继续输送垃圾。
本实用新型在整个卸垃圾的过程中，不需任何的动力，实现了自动化卸料。

1.一种垃圾自动卸料推车，其特征在于：由车架及固定于车架上的车箱组成，车箱的底部设置有前轮，车架尾部设置有后轮和支座。
2.根据权利要求1所述的垃圾自动卸料推车，其特征在于：所述支座铰接于车箱的中间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的垃圾自动卸料推车，其特征在于：所述车架的后端设置有用于支撑车架的支脚。
4.根据权利要求3所述的垃圾自动卸料推车，其特征在于：所述车箱的后端底部设置有撬棍。
5.根据权利要求4所述的垃圾自动卸料推车，其特征在于：所述车架的上部设置有用于挡住小车的栏杆。
