破碎机广泛应用于矿山、建材、建筑、冶金、化工等行业,现有的锤式破碎机都采用单转子结构,锤头铰接于转子上,利用锤头的高速冲击作用对物料进行破碎,适用于中等硬度的脆性矿石,如石灰石、页岩、石膏和煤等。这种破碎机的缺点是:1.筛板固定,只能产生一种粒度的物料;2.筛板位于转子的底部,不能将反击腔内的达到粒度要求的物料分离,造成合格颗粒进一步被破碎,产生粉尘并浪费原材料和能源;3.反击腔的侧壁容易磨损,降低了破碎机的使用寿命。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种分离及时、可生产多种粒度、使用寿命较长的锤式冲击破碎机。

由于采用上述技术方案,锤式冲击破碎机,包括下壳体,与所述下壳体配合并构成破碎腔的上壳体,安装在所述破碎腔内的转子,所述转子上设有破碎锤,带动转子旋转的动力输入装置,设置于上壳体上的进料口,设置于下壳体底部的出料口,所述破碎腔与出料口之间可拆卸连接有筛板,所述筛板呈弧形并与所述转子同轴线,所述上壳体的侧壁上设有反击衬板,所述筛板远离进料口的一端向上延伸至所述上壳体的顶端,所述筛板的延伸部和上壳体的侧壁之间具有与出料口连通的物料通道;所述筛板呈弧形并与所述转子同轴线,保证了较大的筛选面积,同时筛板和破碎锤之间还对大的物料具有碾压作用,可拆卸的筛板,可实现不同规格的筛板的更换,以生产不同粒度的物料颗粒;所述上壳体的侧壁上设有可拆卸的反击衬板,保护了上壳体,同时反击衬板的可更换性,提高了本实用新型的使用寿命;所述筛板的延伸部一方面可将破碎腔内合适的物料颗粒迅速分离,避免筛板和破碎锤之间进一步的碾压而产生粉尘,另一方面也作为反击板使用,提高本实用新型的工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,锤式冲击破碎机,包括下壳体1,与所述下壳体1配合并构成破碎腔2的上壳体3,安装在所述破碎腔2内的转子4,所述转子4上设有破碎锤41,带动转子4旋转的动力输入装置5,设置于上壳体3上的进料口31,设置于下壳体1底部的出料口11,所述破碎腔2与出料口11之间可拆卸连接有筛板6,所述筛板6呈弧形并与所述转子4同轴线,所述上壳体3的侧壁上设有可拆卸的反击衬板32,所述筛板6远离进料口31的一端向上延伸至所述上壳体3的顶端,所述筛板的延伸部61和上壳体1的侧壁之间具有与出料口11连通的物料通道11a。
所述进料口31设置在所述上壳体3的垂直侧壁上,所述进料口31的上部垂直悬挂有组成阻挡帘的铁链31a。铁链31a的作用是当物料进入破碎腔时,铁链对物料无阻挡,当破碎腔内的物料高速运动并试图从进料口飞出时,物料的动能被铁链31a吸收,从而达到安全的目的,并且这种结构形式噪音小、使用寿命较长。
所述进料口31的下方设有电磁除铁装置7,当物料从进料口31进入破碎腔时,里面夹杂的铁性杂物就会被吸附,避免铁性杂物在破碎腔内反复冲击衬板和筛板,损坏破碎机。
所述动力输入装置5为设置在转子4一端的皮带轮,当然也可以采用其它的动力输入方式,作为本领域的普通工程技术人员,动力的传动技术是多种多样的,在此不再赘述。
所述转子4的另一端还设有平衡轮42,平衡轮42的作用是跟随转子一起转动,因为其具有一定的重量,因此就蓄有一定的能量,当破碎锤在打击物料时这些能量就会传递给破碎锤,从而提高破碎锤的破碎能力,并减少转子的转速波动,降低了破碎机的振动和噪声。
本实用新型的工作过程如下:物料进入破碎腔内遇上高速旋转的破碎锤被打击破碎,并获得能量冲向反击板,物料弹回碰到后冲上的物料形成物料间的相互撞击破碎,完成粗碎过程。物料前行又碰上反击板再被击碎,完成中碎;由于反击板与破碎锤周围的距离逐渐变小,物料再次受到冲击破碎及挤压破碎;物料落到筛板上,已破碎的物料通过筛缝由底部排出,粗粒物料受到筛极与锤头的挤压及剪切破碎后排出机外。
本机作为中等硬度脆性物料的细破碎,应用于水泥生、熟料、石膏制品、矿山、建材、建筑、冶金、化工等行业。适应了物料破碎时由大变小的过程,使与其能量消耗相匹配,达到了高效节能的目的,与一般破碎机相比节省电耗20-40%。设计有自我保护结构:安全排铁门,锤头为活动连接并能自转;当遇到漏除铁件和不易破碎的硬物时能自动闪开,保护整机免受大的伤害并能继续运行。
Claims (5)
1.锤式冲击破碎机,包括下壳体(1),与所述下壳体(1)配合并构成破碎腔(2)的上壳体(3),安装在所述破碎腔(2)内的转子(4),所述转子(4)上设有破碎锤(41),带动转子(4)旋转的动力输入装置(5),设置于上壳体(3)上的进料口(31),设置于下壳体(1)底部的出料口(11),其特征是:所述破碎腔(2)与出料口(11)之间可拆卸连接有筛板(6),所述筛板(6)呈弧形并与所述转子(4)同轴线,所述上壳体(3)的侧壁上设有可拆卸的反击衬板(32),所述筛板(6)远离进料口(31)的一端向上延伸至所述上壳体(3)的顶端,所述筛板的延伸部(61)和上壳体(1)的侧壁之间具有与出料口(11)连通的物料通道(11a)。
2.如权利要求1所述的锤式冲击破碎机,其特征是:所述进料口(31)设置在所述上壳体(3)的垂直侧壁上,所述进料口(31)的上部垂直悬挂有组成阻挡帘的铁链(31a)。
3.如权利要求2所述的锤式冲击破碎机,其特征是:所述进料口(31)的下方设有电磁除铁装置(7)。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的锤式冲击破碎机,其特征是:所述动力输入装置(5)为设置在转子(4)一端的皮带轮。
5.如权利要求4所述的锤式冲击破碎机,其特征是:所述转子(4)的另一端还设有平衡轮(42)。
