本实用新型是一种直立分段式吹瓶装置,其包括:一瓶坯射出机构,具一母模,一公模,两交替的口模;其中,口模的一侧具一被连结件,顶面上则具定位件;一吹瓶机构,具一可升降地设于模座的瓶模及一吹气件;上方则具一定位顶件;一下运送机件,为可水平伸缩的压缸,其端处设对应于被连结件的下连结件,并具一带动口模升降的升降件;一上运送机构,为可水平伸缩的压缸,其端处设对应于被连结件的下连结件;可具一带动口模升降的上升降件;借口模为下运送机构与上运送机构的水平向运送,升降件的上下运送,而为交替定位于瓶坯射出机构及吹瓶机构位置。

直立分段式吹瓶装置
技术领域
本实用新型是一种直立分段式吹瓶装置,尤指利用两组模板上下升降与左右移动交替为执行吹瓶程序的装置。
背景技术
按吹瓶技术于产业中已臻成熟,实则,其作业原理与工序大致为瓶胚成型以及吹瓶两阶段,瓶胚成型则是以射出机喂料于瓶胚模具中,先成型厚度较厚的胚体,而后,经由吹瓶步骤以使能附着于意欲形状的瓶模内壁,而后脱出,以形成意欲的瓶子形状。
现行的吹瓶装置,有旋转式,有直线往复式,唯基本上,都在同一工作高度或工作面上进行,因此,其所需的平面工作面积较大,而在厂房成本日益高涨的今天,难称理想。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,申请人乃本于长年来从事吹瓶机研发与产销的经验,潜心研究,期能克服上述缺点,经再三实验,始创作出本实用新型的“直立分段式吹瓶装置”。
本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种直立分段式吹瓶装置,其采用程序化控制,达到轻薄短小的自动化机器的功能要求。
本实用新型一种直立分段式吹瓶装置,其特征在于,其包括:
一瓶胚射出机构,具一母模,一公模,两交替的口模;其中,  口模的一侧具一被连结件,顶面上则具定位件;
一吹瓶机构,具一可升降地设于模座的瓶模及一吹气件;上方则具一定位顶件;
一下运送机件,为可水平伸缩的压缸,其端处设对应于被连结件的下连结件,并具一带动口模升降的升降件;
一上运送机构,为可水平伸缩的压缸,其端处设对应于被连结件的下连结件;可具一带动口模升降的上升降件;
由口模为下运送机构与上运送机构的水平向运送,升降件的上下运送,而为交替定位于瓶胚射出机构及吹瓶机构位置。
其中的瓶胚射出机构与吹瓶机构间设一中继件。
其中的瓶胚射出机构进一步设一射出机。
其中的吹瓶机构具一顶出件以下顶成品。
其中的上连结件与下连结件俱为矢形,而被连结件则为对应的形状。
本实用新型的有益效果是:其是采用程序化控制,达到轻薄短小的自动化机器的功能要求。

具体实施方式
如图所示,基本上,本实用新型的装置是由一瓶胚射出机构1,一吹瓶机构2,一下运送机构3,一上运送机构4及一中继件5所组合而成。
其中,瓶胚射出机构1其主要由一固定的母模11,一可升降的公模12,及两交替的口模13,及位于一侧的射出机14所构成;是以,当公模12,母模11及口模13合模后,则可经由射出机14射出并成型瓶胚A,唯此乃已知技术,故不拟赘述。公模12的升降,是经由公模压缸121为之,其控制则可为程序化,于瓶胚射出阶段,本实用新型的使用两口模13,乃因其可交替射出,以减少闲置时间,该口模13是具一模板131,且其一侧是开具一被连结件132,如本实用新型所示的,是为扣孔,唯不以此为限。同时,其顶面上则具一供定位的定位件133;此外,该模板131可经由一板框134为支撑与局部包覆并为带动,而板框134的驱动,则由板框压缸135为之,此外,口模13的两半模交界处,则形成一顶开槽136。
吹瓶机构2是由一瓶模21设于模座22,并具一已知的吹气件23(未示),是以,当瓶胚A进入瓶模21后部进行吹瓶,以得到成品,唯此乃已知技术,故不拟赘述,为使其可为脱模,因此,亦设一可升降的顶件24。
下运送机构3是为一压缸带动,是以,其可为程序化控制伸缩,而其端处,则具一可对应连结于前述被连结件132的下连结件31,如本实用新型实施例所示的,是为矢形,唯不以此为限,且为使口模13及模板131可为升降,故得设一下升降件32带动,此外,于下运送机构3的上方,则具一可伸缩的下定位件33,同时,为接应口模13,故其可设置一口模13及模板131,故得设一下板框34,同时,为使成型后的成品顶出,故得设一可升降的顶出件35。
上运送机构4亦为一压缸,是以,其可为程序化控制伸缩,而其端处,亦设一可对应连结于前述被连结件132的上连结件41,如本实用新型实施例所示的,是为矢形,唯不以此为限,而上运送机构4可经由一上升降件42带动。
中继件5是设于瓶胚射出机构1与吹瓶机构2之间的压缸,其目的在于使口模13于等待时间的中继定位,是以,其具一中继定位件51,以及一接应口模13及模板131的中继板框52。
本实用新型于实施时,如图1所示,当合模射出瓶胚时,另一口模13是位于中继件5处等待,而此时下运送机构3与射出的口模13为分开的。而后,当射出瓶胚的口模13于开模并上升,且与公模12脱离时,如图2所示,下运送机构3的下连结件31连结于具瓶胚的口模13的被连结件132,而后具瓶胚的口模13被牵引至吹瓶机构2的上方,而此时待命的另一口模13则为上运送机构4推至瓶胚射出机构1,亦即如图3所示的,继之,如图4所示,具瓶胚的口模13于吹瓶机构2处为吹瓶,且另一口模13则于瓶胚射出机构处为瓶胚射出;当吹瓶完成后,则经由顶件24将模具顶开而成品落下,由于射出成型时间较长,因此,瓶胚仍在射出作业中,亦即如图5所示,图6所示,是为成品落下的口模13上升,而后为上运送机构4连结并推顶至中继件5处,等待再为瓶胚射出,如此同循环作业,即可达自动化的功效。
所以,经由本实用新型的实施,其采上下(垂直)交替方式,有助于减省平面空间,此对工作场所的布置与成本而言,亦较为便捷,尤其是,本实用新型采程序化控制,达到轻薄短小的自动化机器的功能要求,堪称为同类装置的一大佳构。
本实用新型所揭示的,乃较佳实施例的一种,凡是局部的变更或修饰而源于本实用新型的技术思想而为熟习该项技术的人所易于推知的,俱不脱本实用新型的专利权范畴。

Claims (5)

1.一种直立分段式吹瓶装置,其特征在于,其包括:
一瓶胚射出机构,具一母模,一公模,两交替的口模;其中,口模的一侧具一被连结件,顶面上则具定位件;
一吹瓶机构,具一可升降地设于模座的瓶模及一吹气件;上方则具一定位顶件;
一下运送机件,为可水平伸缩的压缸,其端处设对应于被连结件的下连结件,并具一带动口模升降的升降件;
一上运送机构,为可水平伸缩的压缸,其端处设对应于被连结件的下连结件;可具一带动口模升降的上升降件;
由口模为下运送机构与上运送机构的水平向运送,升降件的上下运送,而为交替定位于瓶胚射出机构及吹瓶机构位置。
2.如权利要求1项所述的直立分段式吹瓶装置,其特征在于,其中的瓶胚射出机构与吹瓶机构间设一中继件。
3.如权利要求1项所述的直立分段式吹瓶装置,其特征在于,其中的瓶胚射出机构进一步设一射出机。
4.如权利要求1项所述的直立分段式吹瓶装置,其特征在于,其中的吹瓶机构具一顶出件以下顶成品。
5.如权利要求1项所述的直立分段式吹瓶装置,其特征在于,其中的上连结件与下连结件俱为矢形,而被连结件则为对应的形状。
