本实用新型涉及的是一种超越离合器总成失效判断的测试装置。
背景技术
现实中传动超越离合器是机车变速箱中传动不同负荷动力扭矩的离合器,但在实际使用过程中,机车会发生故障或变速箱进行必要的检修,这时候,往往存在着对传动超越离合器总成误判的情况,由于误判情况的发生,给用户和生产厂家均带来不必要的损失。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够有效克服现有技术中,容易造成对超越离合器总成产生误判的超越离合器总成失效测试台架。它至少包括有一测试台架座,该测试台架座上端设置有供超越离合器两端轴安置的支撑轴座,并相配有至少一带有花键的中间接套及扭矩扳手。
本实用新型可以在无变速箱试验台架和不便装机试验的的情况下,用户和厂家均可方便地采用,具有结构合理、成本低廉、技术要求不高、操作简便,能节约成本,提高工作效率,能有效判断传动超越离合器总成是否失效等特点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型作详细的介绍:图1所示,本实用新型主要由测试台架座1、扭矩扳手2、加力杆3和梅花套简4构成,测试台架座1包括底座5和中间接套6。该测试台架座5上端设置有供超越离合器两端轴安置的支撑轴座7,并相配有至少一带有花键的中间接套6及扭矩扳手2。本发明所述的装置的使用方法是:先把传动超越离合器总成8置于测试台架底座5上,用螺栓9把总成固定在测试台架底座5上;然后测试扭矩:第一,把中间接套6花键部分插入传动超越离合器总成8花键上,将梅花套筒4套在中间接套6上,把测试扭矩扳手2上的方榫插入梅花套筒4方榫孔内;第二,顺时针旋转扭矩扳手表盘上方的旋钮,使红色从动指针与黑色主动指针靠紧,旋转表壳,使从动指针指向表盘扭矩划线的零位;第三,把加力杆3插入扭矩扳手尾部;第四,测试时在加力杆3的尾部处应缓慢平稳地加压,直至从动指针指向所规定的扭矩值(设计扭矩值)。在加压过程中,观察外环齿轮轮辐孔相对中间输入轴螺栓头部是否相对静止。若静止则合格(微量且均匀的相对滑移属正常现象);若出现大幅度滑移则为总成失效,且应立即停止加压。停止加压后,主动指针自动回复零位,从动指针仍停留在指示的扭矩刻度值上。第五,旋转表盘上方的旋钮,使从动指针也回复到零位。
