本实用新型涉及一种电动自行车的电池盒。
技术背景
电动自行车的电池盒,其放置位置一般设在车头、车梁或者尾架上,显得外挂件多,不美观,另外,由于电池很重,令车体重心变高,使自行车的推行不方便,尤其对折叠式电动自行车,使折叠操作很困难。如果将电池盒放置在车座管后、车架后叉之间的位置,则解决了美观和重心高的问题。但是,现有的电池盒多为方形,其迎风截面积大,增加了自行车行进时对空气的流体阻力,而且,电池盒若放置于后叉,则使后叉变宽,从而影响脚踏的转动,需加宽调整脚踏间的间距,但该调整又不适于人体工学的要求。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种体积小,外形美观,便于在车上安置的流线型电池盒。
本实用新型所述的流线型电池盒,有一壳体,壳体处于自行车安装位置时,其迎风面两侧向中心倾斜。
本实用新型所述的流线型电池盒,由于壳体两侧倾斜,使壳体呈流线型,迎风面减小,因而减小了自行车在行进时对空气的流体阻力。而且,电池放置在座管后,自行车的后叉相应壳体的倾斜面作相应的倾斜调整,可减小后叉的横向宽度。所述电池盒尤其适于折叠式电动自行车使用,其使车体重心低,便于折叠。

具体实施方式
本实用新型所述的流线型电池盒,如图1、图2、图3所示,有一壳体1,壳体1处于自行车安装位置时,其迎风面2两侧向中心倾斜。为了便于所述电池盒4的提放,在壳体1的上面和一个侧面开有可插入手指的凹槽5作为电池盒的把手。
为了使电池盒与管座配合紧密,且限制电池盒左右摆动,在壳体1的迎风面2开有与自行车座管6相配对的凹槽3。

1、一种流线型电池盒,其特征在于:有一壳体(1),壳体(1)处于自行车安装位置时,其迎风面(2)两侧向中心倾斜。
2、根据权利要求1所述的流线型电池盒,其特征在于:在壳体(1)的上面和一个侧面开有可插入手指的凹槽(5)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的流线型电池盒,其特征在于:在壳体(1)开有与自行车座管相配对的凹槽(3)。
