Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种汽车ABS系统中调节器与制动气室的连接装置,该装置是连接两个制动气室与一个调节器输出口的三通接头,其特征在于所述该接头(3)内部的气流通道为Y字型,所述Y字型气流通道的左右分通道的轴线形成30度-90度的夹角。本实用新型由于将连接装置内的T型结构的气流通道改为Y型结构的气流通道,解决了在左右两个气室同时排气时气流对顶的现象,使制动气室的减压速度提高了10%左右,根据不同的车型的配置,扩大调节器内部排气通道的尺寸,可以实现提高减压速度的目的,使两后轮抱死的机率减小或短暂抱死的距离缩短。本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有实质性特点与进步。

技术领域:本实用新型所涉及的是一种汽车ABS系统中调节器与制动气室的连接装置,具体涉及的是一种具有Y字型通道的连接装置。
背景技术:目前,汽车ABS系统中调节器与制动气室的连接装置有两种,一种就是使用直通接头,将一个调节器与一个制动气室相连接,因而,具有排气速度快的特点。但增加了两个调节器,ABS成本的也就增加了近1/4。为了节省ABS成本,在汽车上通常使用一个调节器通过一个三通接头来连接两个制动气室,目前采用三通接头内部均为T字型结构的气流通道,成本虽然低廉。但由于两制动分室是通过“T”形三通接头减压,因而两制动气室同时向主通道通气时,压缩空气在汇流处形成很大阻力,出现气流对顶现象,减压速率降低,造成两后轮抱死的机率增大或短暂抱死的距离增长。
发明内容:鉴于公知技术所存在的问题,本实用新型所解决的技术问题是为了提供一种设计合理,降低成本,制动气室减压正常,不会减低减压速率的一种汽车ABS系统中调节器与制动气室的连接装置。为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是采用如下技术方案来实现的:该种汽车ABS系统中调节器与制动气室的连接装置,该装置是连接两个制动气室与一个调节器输出口的三通接头,其特征在于所述该接头内部结构为Y字型气流通道,所述Y字型气流通道的左右分通道的轴线形成30度-90度的夹角。
本实用新型由于将连接装置内的T型结构的气流通道改为Y型结构的气流通道,解决了在左右两个气室同时排气时气流对顶的现象,使制动气室的减压速度提高了10%左右,根据不同的车型的配置,扩大调节器内部排气通道的尺寸,可以实现提高减压速度的目的,使两后轮抱死的机率减小或短暂抱死的距离缩短。本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有实质性特点与进步。

具体实施方式:附图表示了本实用新型的结构及其实施例,下面再结合附图进一步描述其实施例的有关细节及工作原理。本实用新型为汽车ABS系统中调节器与制动气室的连接装置,该装置为一个三通接头3,主通道接通调节器1,左右分通道分别接通两个制动气室2,所述该接头内部气流通道为Y字型,所述Y字型气流通道的左右分通道的轴线形成30度-90度的夹角。基于性能和构造的综合考虑,其最佳的角度为50-60度的夹角。本实用新型的工作过程是:当压力调节器接收到ABS电子控制器的排气指令后,调节器会立即自动开启内部的排气阀门,使左右制动气室2的压缩空气流经本实用新型构件,再通过调节器1内部管道,从排气口排出。本实用新型可以根据不同的车型的配置,通过扩大调节器内部排气通道的尺寸,可以实现提高减压速度的目的,使两后轮抱死的机率减小或短暂抱死的距离缩短。从而大大的提高ABS系统的反应速度,也提高了制动时的安全性。

1、一种汽车调节器与制动气室的连接装置,该装置是连接两个制动气室(2)与一个调节器(1)的输出口的三通接头(3),其特征在于所述该接头(3)内部的气流通道为Y字型,所述Y字型气流通道的左右分通道的轴线形成30度-90度的夹角。
