一种柴油机排气管,它由四个与排气总管(3)相连通的排气歧管(1)和一个通往EGR阀废气腔的歧管(2)构成,排气总管一端带有通往EGR阀废气腔的歧管,排气歧管和通往EGR阀废气腔的歧管均与缸盖相接合;所述排气总管的内径为35~45mm;本实用新型提供的柴油机排气管,排气歧管和通往EGR阀废气腔的歧管整体成型,加工工艺简单;通往EGR阀废气腔的歧管直接与缸盖相接合,减少了外接管路,结构更加紧凑;能有效实现废气再循环,降低排放。

本实用新型涉及内燃机,特别是一种柴油机排气管。
背景技术:
为满足国家对柴油机欧III排放及欧IV排放的要求,采用新工艺、新技术来降低柴油机排放必不可少,而废气再循环技术是当今解决柴油机排放的一种重要手段。废气再循环(Exhaust Gas Recirculation简称EGR)是将一小部分燃烧废气从排气管引入进气管与新鲜充量混合,人为增加新鲜充量中的废气量,从而降低发动机的燃烧温度,减少NOX的形成。然而传统的排气管设计,通往EGR阀废气腔的歧管都是不与缸盖结合,而是采用外接管路通到EGR阀,这样结构不紧凑,装配复杂,直接影响到降低柴油机排放。
发明内容:
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型提供一种柴油机排气管,它由与排气总管相连通的排气歧管和一个通往EGR阀废气腔的歧管构成,排气总管一端带有通往EGR阀废气腔的歧管,排气歧管和通往EGR阀废气腔的歧管均与缸盖相接合;所述排气总管的内径为35~45mm。
本实用新型提供的柴油机排气管能有效实现废气再循环,降低排放,且结构更加紧凑。

具体实施方式:结合附图及其实施例进行说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型由排气歧管1,通往EGR阀废气腔的歧管2,排气总管3构成,排气总管3的内径为35~45mm。四个与排气总管3相连通的排气歧管1和一个通往EGR阀废气腔的歧管2整体成型,加工工艺简单;通往EGR阀废气腔的歧管2直接与缸盖相接合,减少了外接管路,结构紧凑。使用时,来自于燃烧室的废气被通往EGR阀废气腔的歧管2引入EGR阀,在EGR阀的控制下与新鲜空气混合,然后进入燃烧室,从而实现废气再循环,降低排放。

1、一种柴油机排气管,包括排气歧管(1)、排气总管(3),排气歧管(1)与排气总管(3)连通,其特征是:排气总管一端带有通往EGR阀废气腔的歧管(2),排气歧管(1)和通往EGR阀废气腔的歧管(2)均与缸盖相接合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的柴油机排气管,其特征在于:排气歧管和通往EGR阀废气腔的歧管(2)为一体结构。
3、根据权利要求1所述的柴油机排气管,其特征在于:排气总管的内径为35~45mm。
