Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种喷淋填料塔,属于环境保护装置技术领域,该喷淋填料塔包括顶端设有除雾器、内部设有喷淋装置的塔体,塔体底端和侧下方分别设有排液孔和进气口,从进气口沿塔体内侧向上装有数个组合装置,在组合装置上方设有带不锈钢丝网的支撑板;组合装置包括沿塔体内侧向上依次布置的布气板、支撑板、鲍尔环填料、喷淋装置。本实用新型不仅能有效的处理废气中的尘埃颗粒物、有机物、油烟、短纤维、苯类、醛类等有害成分,可防止这些有害成分排放到大气当中,造成大气污染,而且能同时降低废气的温度,减轻空气污染,达到排放标准。

本实用新型公开了一种喷淋填料塔,属于环境保护装置技术领域。
背景技术
随着我国工业持续快速发展的同时,工业生产也给环境带来了一定程度的污染,特别是废气问题,如果不加以净化处理,直接排放到大气中,将严重危害到人们的健康。目前人们所采用的废气净化方法很多,如喷淋法、洗涤法、水膜过滤法、静电法等,但处理效果都不十分理想。于2005年10月26日公开的公开号为CN1686595A的发明废气雾化吸收处理器,虽然能对废气进行有效处理,但是由于结构的限制,效果还需有待改善。
实用新型内容本实用新型的目的在于提供一种喷淋填料塔,它不仅能有效的处理废气中的尘埃颗粒物、有机物、油烟、短纤维、苯类、醛类等有害成分,而且能同时降低废气的温度。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:一种喷淋填料塔,包括顶端设有除雾器、内部设有喷淋装置的塔体,塔体底端和侧下方分别设有排液孔和进气口,从进气口沿塔体内侧向上装有数个组合装置,在组合装置上方设有带不锈钢丝网的支撑板;所述组合装置包括沿塔体内侧向上依次布置的布气板、支撑板、鲍尔环填料、喷淋装置。
作为本实用新型的优选方案,所述喷淋装置包括带有进水阀门的进水管,位于塔体内的进水管端部上设有数个喷淋头,进水阀门位于塔体外;所述除雾器的侧下方设有出液孔,沿除雾器内侧向上依次布置有隔板、聚丙烯球填料、罩壳、盖板、钢丝球填料,除雾器的顶端设有排气管;所述组合装置设有三个;所述排气管上设有监测孔;与所述组合装置的位置相对应的塔体侧壁上皆设有人孔;与所述不锈钢丝网的位置相对应的塔体侧壁上设有人孔;与所述聚丙烯球填料和钢丝球填料的位置对应的塔体侧壁上各设有一个维护孔;所述塔体侧壁下方设有溢流孔。
采用上述结构后,该喷淋填料塔不仅能有效的处理废气中的尘埃颗粒物、有机物、油烟、短纤维、苯类、醛类等有害成分,可防止这些有害成分排放到大气当中,造成大气污染,而且能同时降低废气的温度,减轻空气污染,达到排放标准。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的喷淋填料塔包括顶端设有除雾器8、内部设有喷淋装置6的塔体1,塔体1底端和侧下方分别设有排液孔21和进气口2,从进气口2沿塔体1内侧向上装有三个组合装置,在组合装置上方设有带不锈钢丝网7的支撑板4。组合装置包括沿塔体1内侧向上依次布置的布气板3、支撑板4、鲍尔环填料5、喷淋装置6,布气板3可以使废气的气流变均匀。喷淋装置6包括带有进水阀门18的进水管19,位于塔体1内的进水管19端部上设有数个喷淋头23,进水阀门18位于塔体1外,可便于调节进水量。除雾器8的侧下方设有出液孔9,出液孔9可及时的将废气被除雾后所产生的液体排出。沿除雾器8内侧向上依次布置有隔板10、聚丙烯球填料12、罩壳13、盖板14、钢丝球填料15。除雾器8的顶端设有带监测孔17的排气管16,监测孔17可检测经处理后的废气是否达到排放标准。与组合装置的位置相对应的塔体1侧壁上皆设有人孔20;与不锈钢丝网7的位置相对应的塔体1侧壁上设有人孔20;与聚丙烯球填料12和钢丝球填料15的位置对应的塔体1侧壁上各设有一个维护孔11。人孔20和维护孔11的设置可便于检修和取、放填料。塔体1侧壁下方还设有溢流孔22,可防止排液孔21被堵塞时,废水流不出塔体1的情况。
喷淋填料塔工作时,废气经进气口2进入塔体1,向上依次经过布气板3,支撑板4,鲍尔环填料5。鲍尔环填料5在喷淋装置6的喷淋下,鲍尔环填料5内部会形成无数水膜,废气经过被喷淋的鲍尔环填料5时,经过层层洗涤过滤,废气中的颗粒物以及油烟有机废气等等被过滤下来。经过第一遍过滤后,废气继续向上,经过第二个组合装置。又一次经过洗涤过滤后,废气继续向上,经过第三个组合装置,再次经过洗涤过滤。废气经过三次洗涤过滤后,继续向上经过支撑板4和不锈钢丝网7,进行初次除雾处理,将废气中的水雾除掉很大一部分,废气继续向上最后进入除雾器8,废气在除雾器8中,依次经过罩壳13,聚丙烯球填料12,盖板14,钢丝球填料15,作进一步的除雾。除雾器8的主要作用是提高废气的线速度,提高除雾效率。废气最后经过顶端的排气管16排放到大气中。废气经过喷淋填料塔的处理后,排放的温度在50℃以下,颗粒物以及油烟、有机废气等的去除率在85%以上,达到排放标准。

1.一种喷淋填料塔,包括顶端设有除雾器(8)、内部设有喷淋装置(6)的塔体(1),塔体(1)底端和侧下方分别设有排液孔(21)和进气口(2),其特征在于从进气口(2)沿塔体(1)内侧向上装有数个组合装置,在组合装置上方设有带不锈钢丝网(7)的支撑板(4);所述组合装置包括沿塔体(1)内侧向上依次布置的布气板(3)、支撑板(4)、鲍尔环填料(5)、喷淋装置(6)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的喷淋填料塔,其特征在于所述喷淋装置(6)包括带有进水阀门(18)的进水管(19),位于塔体(1)内的进水管(19)端部上设有数个喷淋头(23),进水阀门(18)位于塔体(1)外。
3.按照权利要求1所述的喷淋填料塔,其特征在于所述除雾器(8)的侧下方设有出液孔(9),沿除雾器(8)内侧向上依次布置有隔板(10)、聚丙烯球填料(12)、罩壳(13)、盖板(14)、钢丝球填料(15),除雾器(8)的顶端设有排气管(16)。
4.按照权利要求1所述的喷淋填料塔,其特征在于所述组合装置设有三个。
5.按照权利要求3所述的喷淋填料塔,其特征在于所述排气管(16)上设有监测孔(17)。
6.按照权利要求1或4所述的喷淋填料塔,其特征在于与所述组合装置的位置相对应的塔体(1)侧壁上皆设有人孔(20)。
7.按照权利要求1所述的喷淋填料塔,其特征在于与所述不锈钢丝网(7)的位置相对应的塔体(1)侧壁上设有人孔(20)。
8.按照权利要求3所述的喷淋填料塔,其特征在于与所述聚丙烯球填料(12)和钢丝球填料(15)的位置对应的塔体(1)侧壁上各设有一个维护孔(11)。
9.按照权利要求1或2或7或8所述的喷淋填料塔,其特征在于所述塔体(1)侧壁下方设有溢流孔(22)。
