本实用新型是关于一种滚圆设备,该滚圆设备包括一第一治具、一第二治具及一研磨砂轮,该第一治具包括第一治具本体,该第一治具本体设有多个凹槽,该第二治具包括第二治具本体,该第二治具本体上设有多个半圆形凹槽,该研磨砂轮具有多个半圆形研磨凹槽。本实用新型可大大提高滚圆设备的可能。

滚圆设备
【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种滚圆设备,用于非圆形工件的滚圆和磨圆。
【背景技术】
光学行业中,通常将光学工件制成圆形,例如数码相机的红外截止滤光片(Infrared cutting filter)等。但是工业方法最初切割成型的工件,一般为方形,故此需要对方形工件进行滚圆处理,使其具有圆形边缘以满足光学应用。
外圆磨床是一种用以将各种形状的工件加工为圆形的机器,其工作原理为利用高速旋转的砂轮磨削由磨床固定装置固定的工件,以将其加工为所需大小的圆形。一般磨床固定装置是一对中空夹具,首先利用抽气泵对夹具中空部分吸气而将工件吸附于其中一夹具上,然后再将另一夹具靠近而将工件夹持固定住,再利用砂轮研磨。该夹具可广泛用于一般形状工件的滚圆或磨圆过程中,然而该夹具一次仅能固定一个工件,因而一次只能研磨一个,产能太低。
【实用新型内容】
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种产能较高的滚圆设备。
一种滚圆设备,该滚圆设备包括一第一治具、一第二治具及一研磨砂轮,该第一治具包括第一治具本体,该第一治具本体设有多个凹槽,该第二治具包括第二治具本体,该第二治具本体上设有多个半圆形凹槽,该研磨砂轮具有多个半圆形研磨凹槽。
相较现有技术,所述滚圆设备的治具上设有多个凹槽,与具有多个研磨凹槽的研磨砂轮配合,可大大提高滚圆设备的产能。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1及图3,本实用新型较佳实施例的滚圆设备包括第一治具10、第二治具12及研磨砂轮14。
第一治具10包括一第一治具本体102,该第一治具本体102大致呈长方体,其上设有三个间隔的V形凹槽104。在本实施方式中该三个V形凹槽104的开口角度为90度,其可用于对方形工件18进行固持。第二治具12包括一第二治具本体122,该第二治具本体122亦大致呈长方体,该第二治具本体122上设有与第一治具本体102上位置对应的三个半圆形凹槽124,其形状及大小为工件18所要滚圆的半圆形。
研磨砂轮14可设于第一治具10及第二治具12的上方,其大致呈圆盘状。该研磨砂轮14外圆周表面设有三个间隔的半圆形研磨凹槽142,该半圆形研磨凹槽142的尺寸与第二治具本体122上的半圆形凹槽124相同,而且相邻研磨凹槽142的间距与相邻半圆形凹槽124的间距相同。该研磨砂轮14连接有一驱动机构141,该驱动机构141一般为驱动马达。
请同时参照图1至图4,使用上述滚圆设备进行滚圆的方法包括以下具体步骤:
将若干方形工件18整齐放置后,淋上UV胶(ultraviolet glue,紫外胶),再将通过UV胶黏着为一体的多个方形工件18置于第一治具10的三个V形凹槽104内,此时,该多个方形工件18的一部分容置于V形凹槽104内,另一部分外露,为防止工件18在V形凹槽104内发生移动,可于V形凹槽104两端设置靠面(图未示),将工件18夹持于两靠面之间,从而固持工件18于V形凹槽104内;
激活研磨砂轮14的驱动机构141,使该研磨砂轮14旋转,通过该研磨砂轮14对所述方形工件18外露于V形凹槽104的部分进行研磨,则该方形工件18露出V形凹槽104的部分被研磨为一半圆部181,而该半圆部181与未研磨部的交界处形成有两个尖角182;
将工件18从第一治具中取出;
将工件18的半圆部181置入第二治具12的半圆形凹槽124内,该半圆部181与半圆形凹槽124尺寸相当,该半圆形凹槽124的两侧亦可设置两靠面(图未示),用于将工件18夹持固定于该半圆形凹槽124内;
藉由研磨砂轮14将工件18露出半圆形凹槽124的部分研磨为半圆形,则工件18成为一完整的圆形工件。
可以理解,本实用新型滚圆治具第一治具10的V形凹槽104的截面形状可以为其它角度的V形,亦可为其它形状,其根据工件的形状确定。第一治具10的V形凹槽104数量可超过三个,同样,由于第二治具12的半圆形凹槽124及研磨砂轮14的半圆形研磨凹槽142与该V形凹槽104的数量相同,亦可超过三个。

Claims (9)

1.一种滚圆设备,用于对工件进行滚圆,其特征在于:该滚圆设备包括一第一治具、一第二治具及一研磨砂轮,该第一治具包括第一治具本体,该第一治具本体设有多个凹槽,该第二治具包括第二治具本体,该第二治具本体上设有多个半圆形凹槽,该研磨砂轮具有多个半圆形研磨凹槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的滚圆设备,其特征在于:所述第一治具本体上的凹槽为V形凹槽,其开口角度为90度。
3.如权利要求1所述的滚圆设备,其特征在于:所述半圆形凹槽的尺寸为所要滚圆工件的半圆形尺寸。
4.如权利要求1所述的滚圆设备,其特征在于:所述半圆形凹槽的尺寸与研磨砂轮的半圆形研磨凹槽相同。
5.如权利要求1所述的滚圆设备,其特征在于:所述研磨砂轮连接有驱动机构。
6.如权利要求5所述的滚圆设备,其特征在于:所述驱动机构为驱动马达。
7.如权利要求1所述的滚圆设备,其特征在于:所述凹槽、半圆形凹槽及研磨凹槽的数量相同。
8.如权利要求1所述的滚圆设备,其特征在于:所述第二治具本体上相邻的半圆形凹槽间距与研磨砂轮上相邻的研磨凹槽间距相等。
9.如权利要求8所述的滚圆设备,其特征在于:所述第一治具本体上凹槽的间距与第二治具本体上半圆形凹槽的间距相同。
