Abstract

一种杠杆式换向阀,它由操作机构、压杆组件、压紧螺套、阀套、阀体、弹簧组成,阀体开有两个工作腔,两个工作腔有两处相通即一处为进液孔而另一处为回液孔,两个工作腔结构相同,在两个工作腔左端放入阀套、压杆组件、拧入压紧螺套,在阀体的左端面固定操作机构,在两个工作腔右端放入阀杆组件、弹簧、拧入接头,操作机构中增加杠杆,该杠杆两端嵌入两个压杆组件。压紧螺套带导套,与导套合为一体。它能确保回液畅通,保证液压支架安全。同时,提高了密封性能和导向性能。

                         一、所属技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种换向阀,尤其是指一种额定流量为200L/min的杠杆式换向阀。
                         二、背景技术
在煤矿行业,也有人把换向阀称为“操纵阀”或“控制阀”。换向阀在液压支架控制系统中,控制液流方向,实现液压支架升降、推移、拉架、侧护板伸收、片邦伸收等不同动作。目前,国内额定流量为200L/min的换向阀由操作机构、压杆组件、压紧螺套、导套、阀套、阀体、回液弹簧和弹簧组成,阀体开有两个工作腔,两个工作腔有两处相通即一处为进液孔而另一处为回液孔,两个工作腔结构相同,在两个工作腔左端放入阀套、回液弹簧、压杆组件、导套、拧入压紧螺套,在阀体的左端面固定操作机构,在两个工作腔右端放入阀杆组件、弹簧、拧入接头,当操作机构压下一侧给液压支架供液时,另一侧在弹簧作用下压杆组件撑开,支架立柱中的乳化液从该口流回乳化液箱。但是,目前在全国众多煤矿井下使用,出现了众多液压支架立柱爆缸现象,全部都是由于压杆组件无法撑开,导致回液不畅,出现严重的背压而造成的。该种现象严重地影响了煤矿的生产安全。
                      三、实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种额定流量为200L/min的杠杆式换向阀,它能确保回液畅通,保证液压支架安全。同时,提高了密封性能和导向性能。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采取的解决方案是:一种杠杆式换向阀,它由操作机构、压杆组件、压紧螺套、阀套、阀体、弹簧组成,阀体开有两个工作腔,两个工作腔有两处相通即一处为进液孔而另一处为回液孔,两个工作腔结构相同,在两个工作腔左端放入阀套、压杆组件、拧入压紧螺套,在阀体的左端面固定操作机构,在两个工作腔右端放入阀杆组件、弹簧、拧入接头,操作机构中增加杠杆,该杠杆两端嵌入两个压杆组件。压紧螺套带导套,与导套合为一体,
它的额定流量为200L/min。由于增加了杠杆,当操作机构压下侧给液压支架供液时,另一侧在杠杆的作用下,压杆组件强制性撑开,保证回液孔始终处于开口状态,避免了目前额定流量为200L/min的换向阀压杆组件掌不开、不能有效回液的危害。由于取消了回液弹簧,减小了操作机构的操作力矩,避免了因回液弹簧往复动运摩擦,造成密封泄漏。压紧螺套与导套合为一体,提高了导向性能。

参见图1,一种杠杆式换向阀,它由操作机构8、压杆组件5、压紧螺套6、阀套4、阀体7、弹簧2组成,阀体7开有两个工作腔,两个工作腔有两处相通即一处为进液孔而另一处为回液孔,两个工作腔结构相同,在两个工作腔左端放入阀套4、压杆组件5、拧入压紧螺套6,在阀体7的左端面固定操作机构8,在两个工作腔右端放入阀杆组件3、弹簧2、拧入接头1,操作机构8中增加杠杆9,该杠杆9两端嵌入两个压杆组件5。压紧螺套6带导套,压紧螺套6与导套合为一体。

1、一种杠杆式换向阀,它由操作机构(8)、压杆组件(5)、压紧螺套(6)、阀套(4)、阀体(7)、弹簧(2)组成,阀体(7)开有两个工作腔,两个工作腔有两处相通即一处为进液孔而另一处为回液孔,两个工作腔结构相同,在两个工作腔左端放入阀套(4)、压杆组件(5)、拧入压紧螺套(6),在阀体(7)的左端面固定操作机构(8),在两个工作腔右端放入阀杆组件(3)、弹簧(2)、拧入接头(1),其特征在于:操作机构(8)中增加杠杆(9),该杠杆(9)两端嵌入两个压杆组件(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的杠杆式换向阀,其特征在于:压紧螺套(6)带导套,压紧螺套(6)与导套合为一体。
