Abstract

本实用新型的目的是,提供一种安全油箱,包括容器壳体,容器壳体内安装防爆体,防爆体的外表面及防爆体内部开设数个孔,各孔相通。容器壳体内安装防爆体后,当容器壳体内装有易燃化学品时,在火源、高温、静电及撞击作用下放出大量热量并迅速膨胀、容器内压力急剧增大时,防爆体由小孔分隔成的若干小室,能够高效的遏制火焰的传播,使燃烧压力波急剧衰减,防爆体具有良好的吸热性,能将燃烧释放出的绝大部分热量吸收掉,使燃烧反应温度大幅度下降,从而达到不引发爆炸的目的等。

本实用新型涉及储存容器,是一种安全油箱。
背景技术
各种机动车、轮船、飞机等运输工具容器使用的油箱及储气罐、储油罐等,其车身都没有安全装置,都存在易燃、易爆等问题,由此经常引发事故,极易造成人员伤亡及财产损失等。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是,提供一种安全油箱,使它能够在火源、高温、静电、撞击等外力作用下抑制形成爆炸的条件,从而达到不发生爆炸的目的。
本实用新型为了完成发明目的,提供以下技术方案:包括容器壳体,容器壳体内安装防爆体,防爆体的外表面及防爆体内部开设数个孔,各孔相通,防爆体由小孔分隔成若干小室。将容器壳体内安装防爆体的部分分割成若干小室。防爆体是矩形。防爆体是球形。防爆体是螺旋形。防爆体的体积是容器壳体的总容积的3%-10%。
本实用新型的优点在于:容器壳体内安装防爆体后,当容器壳体内装有易燃化学品时,在火源、高温、静电及撞击作用下放出大量热量并迅速膨胀、容器内压力急剧增大时,防爆体由小孔分隔成的若干小室,能够高效的遏制火焰的传播,使燃烧压力波急剧衰减,防爆体具有良好的吸热性,能将燃烧释放出的绝大部分热量吸收掉,使燃烧反应温度大幅度下降,从而达到不引发爆炸的目的等。

具体实施方式
图中1是容器壳体,容器壳体1内安装防爆体2,防爆体2的外表面及防爆体2内部开设数个孔,各孔相通。防爆体2是矩形,也可以是球形或是螺旋形。防爆体2的体积是容器壳体1的总容积的3%-10%。防爆体2安装在容器壳体1内的重量是每立方米10-100公斤。本实用新型经过大量试验得出:当防爆体2的体积是容器壳体1总容积的3-10%时,其防爆性能均可达到要求,例如:防爆体2的体积是容器壳体1的3%、5%、7.5%、10%等均可。本实用新型所述的防爆体2采用金属防爆材料制作,也可采用非金属防爆材料制作。本实用新型经过试验得出:不同用途的容器内可安装的防爆体重量不同,但是在每立方米10-100公斤内不会影响机动车、轮船等交通工具或大型罐的其它性能。例如:10公斤、20公斤、40公斤、65公斤、85公斤、100公斤等均可。图1中所示的防爆体2上的孔是蜂窝状排列,各孔相通,将容器壳体内安装防爆体的部分割成若干小室。图1所示是牵引车用大型油箱,图中3是油量传感器,4是燃油泵,5是油管接口,6是加油口,7是螺盖。本实用新型所述的防爆体2也可以采用金属丝替代,即:多条金属丝纵横排列后形成孔状,孔状也可是长孔,各孔相通,将容器壳体1内安装防爆体2的部分分割成若干小室,从而遏制火焰传播,使燃烧压力波急剧衰减,达到防爆目的。

1、安全油箱,包括容器壳体(1),其特征在于:容器壳体(1)内安装防爆体(2),防爆体(2)的外表面及防爆体(2)内部开设数个孔,各孔相通,防爆体由小孔分隔成若干小室。
2、根据权利要求1所述的安全油箱,其特征在于:防爆体(2)是矩形。
3、根据权利要求1所述的安全油箱,其特征在于:防爆体(2)是球形。
4、根据权利要求1所述的安全油箱,其特征在于:防爆体(2)是螺旋形。
5、根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的安全油箱,其特征在于:防爆体(2)的体积是容器壳体(1)的总容积的3%-10%。
