Abstract
本实用新型属于油箱安全防爆技术领域，尤其是涉及一种隔膜油箱，包括油箱，设在此油箱底部的油泵，设在此油箱顶部的加油孔和孔盖，其特征在于在油箱内设有胶囊袋，在油箱上还设有平衡气压孔和吸油孔，加油孔与胶囊袋的入口相连接。本实用新型的隔膜油箱由于在油箱内增设了胶囊袋，使燃油不易挥发，充分利用燃油，即使发生车辆冲撞事故产生明火，也不会发生因明火引燃混合气体而发生的油箱爆炸事故；另外，胶囊袋的设置，隔绝了燃油与空气的接触，防止燃油老化，不易挥发，充分利用了燃油。

本实用新型属于油箱安全防爆技术领域，尤其是涉及一种隔膜油箱。
背景技术
汽油型汽车的油箱在加油时，为了存放燃油蒸发气体需保留一定的空间，这个占汽车油箱容积的10%以上的缓冲空间可预防因燃油蒸发气体所导致的油箱膨胀，避免爆炸事故的发生。由于油箱内挥发燃油在缓冲空间与空气混合，而在车辆发生冲撞事故或翻车事故时，极易在油箱内引起明火，一旦明火点燃油箱内的混合气体，依然会诱发油箱发生爆炸。另外，燃油挥发浪费一定量的燃油，且燃油与空气接触，空气中的氧进入燃油，与燃油发生化学反应而导致燃油老化、燃油油质降低。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构可简单，安全可靠的隔膜油箱。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案来实现的：
本实用新型的隔膜油箱，包括油箱，设在此油箱底部的油泵，设在此油箱顶部的加油孔和孔盖，其特征在于在所述的油箱内设有胶囊袋，在所述的油箱上还设有平衡气压孔和吸油孔，所述的加油孔与所述的胶囊袋的入口相连接。
所述的胶囊袋为耐油橡胶材质。
本实用新型的优点：
本实用新型的隔膜油箱由于在油箱内增设了胶囊袋，使燃油不易挥发，充分利用燃油，即使发生车辆冲撞事故产生明火，也不会发生因明火引燃混合气体而发生的油箱爆炸事故；另外，胶囊袋的设置，隔绝了燃油与空气的接触，防止燃油老化，不易挥发，充分利用了燃油。

下面结合附图进一步说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
如图1所示，本实用新型的隔膜油箱，包括油箱1，设在此油箱1底部的油泵6，设在此油箱1顶部的加油孔2-1和孔盖2-2，其特征在于在所述的油箱1内设有胶囊袋3，在所述的油箱1上还设有平衡气压孔4和吸油孔5，所述的加油孔2-1与所述的胶囊袋3的入口相连接。
所述的胶囊袋3为耐油橡胶材质。
加油时，燃油通过油箱加油孔进入胶囊袋3，胶囊袋3体积膨胀，油箱1通过平衡气压孔4平衡油箱内外气压，保证燃油流入胶囊袋3。
本实用新型的隔膜油箱由于在油箱1内增设了胶囊袋3，使燃油不易挥发，充分利用燃油，即使发生车辆冲撞事故产生明火，也不会发生因明火引燃混合气体而发生的油箱爆炸事故；另外，胶囊袋3的设置，隔绝了燃油与空气的接触，防止燃油老化，不易挥发，充分利用了燃油。

1.一种隔膜油箱，包括油箱，设在此油箱底部的油泵，设在此油箱顶部的加油孔和孔盖，其特征在于在所述的油箱内设有胶囊袋，在所述的油箱上还设有平衡气压孔和吸油孔，所述的加油孔与所述的胶囊袋的入口相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔膜油箱，其特征在于所述的胶囊袋为耐油橡胶材质。
