Abstract
本发明提供一种用于可变燃料车辆的辅助燃料箱。辅助燃料箱安装至用于存储汽油燃料的辅助箱体,并且安装在可变燃料车辆的发动机室中。辅助燃料箱包括罐,其结合至辅助箱体,内部具有活性炭,并且构造成收集辅助箱体中产生的燃料蒸发气体以将燃料成分供给至发动机。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于可变燃料车辆的辅助燃料箱,且更具体地,涉及一种通过消除经过发动机室和后部地板的底部车体的通气管线而降低车辆的制造成本和重量的用于可变燃料车辆的辅助燃料箱。
背景技术
目前正在开发的许多车辆是使用主原料是甘蔗的乙醇作为燃料的可变燃料车辆(FFV)。乙醇由于高腐蚀性以及因乙醇含有的水引起的燃料系统的腐蚀而并未实际用作车辆的燃料。然而,由于国际油价的上升和尾气法规等环保问题,乙醇的使用已被越来越多地研究,并且与含乙醇的燃料用于车辆相关的法律已在许多国家颁布。
由于乙醇具有比汽油更高的辛烷值,所以乙醇车辆比汽油车辆动力更强,但却由于乙醇的低热值而效率低。此外,由于乙醇具有低爆点,所以乙醇车辆在等于或低于特定温度(例如,约16℃至18℃)的温度下可能无法正常启动。因此,使用乙醇作为燃料的可变燃料车辆包括用于存储汽油燃料以提高冬季或寒冷天气温度下启动的简易性的辅助燃料箱。考虑到汽油燃料注入的简易性,辅助燃料箱主要安装在发动机室中。安装在发动机室中的辅助燃料箱内的压力可由于发动机室的温度而升高。因此,对人体有害的燃料蒸发气体(HC)可漏出辅助燃料箱外且进入车辆内部。
在本部分中所公开的上述信息仅用于增强对本发明背景的理解,因此其可包含不构成本国内本领域普通技术人员已知的现有技术的信息。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于可变燃料车辆的辅助燃料箱,其通过将用于收集辅助燃料箱中产生的燃料蒸发气体的罐安装至辅助燃料箱,消除经过发动机室和后部地板的底部车体的通气管线,能够降低车辆的制造成本和重量。
另一方面,本发明提供一种用于可变燃料车辆的辅助燃料箱,其构造成通过将小型罐安装至辅助燃料箱的燃料盖来收集辅助燃料箱中产生的燃料蒸发气体,从而去除辅助燃料箱中存储的汽油燃料的气味。
在一个示例性实施例中,用于可变燃料车辆的辅助燃料箱可安装至构造成存储汽油燃料的辅助箱体,并且安装在可变燃料车辆的发动机室中。辅助燃料箱可包括罐,其结合至辅助箱体,内部具有活性炭,并且构造成收集辅助箱体中产生的燃料蒸发气体以将燃料成分供给至发动机。当快速连接器插入并结合至辅助箱体的燃料盖中时,罐可一体地连接至快速连接器的第一端。
快速连接器可独立地结合至燃料盖,并且在为了燃料盖的拆/装的旋转时,快速连接器的位置可被固定。具体地,快速连接器可为了罐的维护而与燃料盖有选择地分离。罐的排出燃料蒸发气体的第一端可固定地插入预安装在发动机室中的蒸发气体软管中。

具体实施方式
应当理解的是,如本文所使用的术语“车辆”或“车辆的”或者其它类似术语包括一般的机动车辆,例如包括运动型多功能车(SUV)、公共汽车、卡车、各种商用车辆在内的乘用车辆,包括各种艇和船在内的水运工具,飞行器等等,并且包括混合动力车辆、电动车辆、内燃车辆、插电式混合动力电动车辆、氢动力车辆和其它替代燃料车辆(例如,从石油以外的资源取得的燃料)。
本文所使用的术语仅用于说明特定实施例的目的,而非旨在限制本发明。如本文所使用的,单数形式“一个”、“一种”和“该”旨在也包括复数形式,除非上下文另外明确指明。还将理解的是,词语“包括”和/或“包含”,当在本说明书中使用时,指定所述特征、整体、步骤、操作、元件和/或部件的存在,但不排除一个或多个其它特征、整体、步骤、操作、元件、部件和/或其组合的存在或添加。如本文所使用的,词语“和/或”包括一个或多个相关列出项目的任何和所有组合。

图1是示意性地示出根据本发明的示例性实施例的用于可变燃料车辆的辅助燃料箱的视图。图2是示出根据本发明的示例性实施例的用于可变燃料车辆的辅助燃料箱的快速连接器的视图。如图1和图2中所示,用于可变燃料车辆的辅助燃料箱可包括罐100。
具体地,可变燃料车辆(FFV)是使用乙醇作为主燃料的车辆,并且由于乙醇具有低爆点(参见图3的字符标记)而在等于或低于特定温度(例如,约16℃至18℃)的温度下不能正常启动。因此,可变燃料车辆包括构造成存储汽油燃料以提高冬季或寒冷温度下启动的简易性的辅助箱体10。考虑到汽油燃料注入的简易性,辅助箱体10安装在发动机室中。
此外,为了清除从辅助箱体10排出的燃料蒸发气体,辅助箱体10必须连接至位于车辆的后部地板的下部的主燃料箱的罐(未示出)。特别地,由于通气管线的数量增加,车辆的制造成本和重量增加。因此,为了解决此问题,根据本示例性实施例的用于可变燃料车辆的辅助燃料箱可包括构造成收集辅助箱体10中产生的燃料蒸发气体以将燃料成分供给至发动机的罐100。
罐100可结合至辅助箱体10,内部可包括活性炭,并可构造成收集辅助箱体10中产生的燃料蒸发气体。因此,罐100可有效去除辅助箱体10中存储的汽油燃料的气味。换言之,当快速连接器20在垂直方向插入并结合于辅助箱体10的燃料盖200时,罐100可在水平方向一体地连接至快速连接器20的第一端。
相应地,由于罐100的内部空间可与快速连接器20的内部空间连通,并且快速连接器20可插入并结合至用于开闭辅助箱体10的燃料盖200中,所以在辅助箱体10中产生的燃料蒸发气体可沿快速连接器20移动至罐100并被收集于其中。特别地,快速连接器20可独立地结合至燃料盖200,并且在为了燃料盖200的拆/装的旋转时,快速连接器的位置可被固定。由于快速连接器20的连接结构类似于一般的快速连接器的结构,所以将省略其详细说明。
此外,在为了供应汽油而旋转和开闭燃料盖200的过程中,当快速连接器20一体地结合至燃料盖200时,快速连接器20会随燃料盖200的旋转一起旋转。因此,罐100会与预安装在发动机室中的蒸发气体软管30分离。
具体地,具有预定长度的蒸发气体软管30可固定安装在发动机室中,并可形成使罐100中收集的燃料蒸发气体可移动至发动机的通道。当快速连接器20和罐100两者随燃料盖200的旋转一起旋转时,插入蒸发气体软管30中的罐100的端部会由于旋转力而与蒸发气体软管30分离。因此,在本实施例中,通过将结合至罐100的快速连接器20独立地安装至燃料盖200,罐100可与燃料盖200的旋转无关地插入并连接至蒸发气体软管30。
另外,由于燃料蒸发气体沿辅助箱体10的燃料盖200移动的通道结构可应用于快速连接器20的结构,所以快速连接器20可更容易与燃料盖分离,因而罐100可更容易与燃料盖分离。因此,可更有效地执行罐100的维护。
此外,由于一体地结合于罐100的快速连接器20可在垂直方向插入并独立地结合至燃料盖200,所以能够防止燃料盖200错位。换言之,如上所述,当罐100插入预安装在发动机室中的蒸发气体软管30中时,与燃料盖200的旋转无关,罐100的位置可被固定。因此,即使当为了供应汽油燃料而使燃料盖200旋转并与辅助箱体10分离时,与辅助箱体10分离的燃料盖200的位置也可由罐100固定。因此,由于位置被固定的罐100和快速连接器20可结合至燃料盖200,所以即使在燃料盖200分离后燃料盖200的位置也可固定。因此,能够防止分离的燃料盖200由于落至车辆外部或进入发动机室内部而错位。
图3是示出根据本发明的示例性实施例的用于可变燃料车辆的辅助燃料箱中的通气管线的视图。图4是示出根据本发明的示例性实施例的用于可变燃料车辆的辅助燃料箱中的燃料蒸发气体的流动的图。如图3中所示,用于可变燃料车辆的辅助燃料箱可通过将单独的罐100安装至辅助箱体10而消除常规的通气管线L,从而降低车辆的制造成本和重量。
换言之,由于在常规的可变燃料车辆中,仅在配置成存储乙醇的主燃料箱1上安装一个罐C,所以在配置成存储汽油的辅助箱体10中产生的燃料蒸发气体被移动至并收集在设置于车辆的后部地板的主燃料箱1的罐C中。相应地,在现有技术中,由于移动至罐C的燃料蒸发气体的路径的数目增加,所以车辆的制造成本和重量可增加,安装作业性可降低,并且车辆碰撞的安全性可降低。
然而,根据本发明的示例性实施例,类似于安装至主燃料箱1的罐C,也可在辅助箱体10上安装罐100。因此,在辅助箱体10中产生的燃料蒸发气体可被直接收集在罐100中,因而可有效解决现有技术的上述问题。具体地,收集在罐100中的燃料蒸发气体可移动至发动机。如图4中所示,收集在主燃料箱1的罐C中的燃料蒸发气体也可沿预定的移动路径,与从罐100排出的燃料蒸发气体一起移动至发动机E。
因此,本发明可通过将用于收集辅助燃料箱中产生的燃料蒸发气体的罐安装至辅助燃料箱,从而通过消除经过发动机室和后部地板的底部车体的通气管线,而降低车辆的制造成本和重量。另外,本发明可通过将小型罐安装至辅助燃料箱的燃料盖来收集辅助燃料箱中产生的燃料蒸发气体,从而去除辅助燃料箱中存储的汽油燃料的气味。此外,本发明可通过将快速连接器组装结构独立地应用于燃料盖与内部具有活性炭的罐之间的连接,而防止燃料盖错位。
已参照示例性实施例详细说明了本发明。然而,本领域技术人员将会理解,在不脱离本发明的原理和思想的情况下,可在这些示例性实施例中作出改变,本发明的保护范围限定在所附权利要求及其等同形式中。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于可变燃料车辆的辅助燃料箱,安装至用于存储汽油燃料的辅助箱体,并且安装在可变燃料车辆的发动机室中,所述辅助燃料箱包括:
罐,其结合至所述辅助箱体,内部具有活性炭,并且构造成收集所述辅助箱体中产生的燃料蒸发气体,以将燃料成分供给至发动机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辅助燃料箱,其中当快速连接器插入并结合至所述辅助箱体的燃料盖中时,所述罐一体地连接至所述快速连接器的一端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的辅助燃料箱,其中所述快速连接器独立地结合至所述燃料盖,并且在为了所述燃料盖的拆/装的旋转时,所述快速连接器的位置被固定。
4.根据权利要求2所述的辅助燃料箱,其中所述快速连接器为了所述罐的维护而与所述燃料盖有选择地分离。
5.根据权利要求1所述的辅助燃料箱,其中所述罐的排出燃料蒸发气体的一端固定地插入预安装在所述发动机室中的蒸发气体软管中。
6.根据权利要求5所述的辅助燃料箱,其中当所述快速连接器和所述罐两者随所述燃料盖旋转时,所述罐的插入所述蒸发气体软管中的一端通过旋转力与所述蒸发气体软管分离。
