本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案:这种配ABS传感器的轻型商用车轮毂单元总成,包括单元外圈、芯轴、内圈、滚动体,单元外圈的内侧设有双列沟道,分别与芯轴沟道、内圈沟道相配合,构成两列滚动沟道;滚动体安放在保持器中,由保持器引导,一列滚动体位于外圈沟道和内圈沟道之间、一列滚动体位于外圈沟道和芯轴沟道之间,滚动体与滚动沟道滚动接触;内圈装在单元芯轴上并与芯轴固定连接;单元外圈的上端安装有轮速传感器。
本实用新型有益的效果是:单元外圈和内圈滚道均采用大接触角设计,构成双列角接触球结构,实现了良好的承载能力,特别是较大的轴向承载能力使得车辆在弯道或紧急刹车时车轮都有很高的可靠性;配合加强型保持器作为钢球平稳旋转的引导;单元芯轴上加工滚道,并对芯轴外表面整体做仿形强化,既省却了一个内圈,又大大增强芯轴的强度和刚性;另外芯轴内孔还加工了内花键,使得芯轴直接与的等速万向节相连;本实用新型在侧面配置了线性凿式轮速传感器,保证轮速信号稳定、准确。
