Abstract

本实用新型设计一种选矿设备中球磨机的附件,具体地说是球磨机使用的多功能磨矿介质。
技术领域
现有的磨矿介质有以下几种:
1、磨球:磨球的磨矿方式为点与点接触,有利于细磨,但是对重选厂的大颗粒结晶矿物和粗粒级的磨矿,往往造成过粉碎而导致金属流失。并且金属材料消耗量高,磨矿效率低。
2、磨棒:棒的磨矿方式为线与线的接触。棒磨的可取之处在于磨矿效率高,介质消耗量低。凸出的问题是磨矿粒度粗,部适宜细磨。工作过程中,容易断棒、乱棒,致使停机加棒,作业效率低,磨机维修量大。
3、圆柱、圆台:圆台、圆柱磨矿介质具备棒磨的优点,为线、面接触,但是由于它们的两端皆为平面,若做为一次磨矿介质,由于其边缘极为锋利,一经热处理,硬度大提高。在磨机运转的过程中,每个圆柱、圆台的边缘如同一把锋利刃刀斧砍在衬板上,相互砍杀,对衬板破坏力极大。致使加剧了介质的消耗。
4、棒球:棒球只有点、线接触没有面接触,不能适应各种研磨物料的需要。
上述磨介,只能完成粗、中、细磨中的一项,功能单一,且消耗量大,作业效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是针对现有技术中的诸多不足,提供一种在研磨过程中点、线、面接触,同时完成粗磨、中磨和细磨,作业效率高,节能效果显著的多功能磨矿介质。
解决上述技术问题采用以下技术方案:一种多功能磨矿介质,其结构要点是,所述磨矿介质是圆柱体,在圆柱体的两端面上分别设有不同半径的圆角,两端面的中心分别设有与圆柱体同心的圆。
由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本实用新型可同时完成粗磨、中磨和细磨,进而提高磨剥物料的效率和研磨作业率。降低磨矿介质的消耗,节省生产费用,节省能源。本实用新型在圆柱体的两端面设置圆角及与圆柱体同心的圆,结构设计简单,科学合理。

参见附图1,附图2,本实用新型是一种选矿用的磨矿介质,整体是圆柱体。在圆柱体的两端面上均设置有圆角1,在圆柱体的中心部位设置有与圆柱体同心的圆2。圆柱体的直径d1与高度h之比为d1∶h=1~1∶3.5,圆柱体的断面直径与其同心圆直径之比为d2∶d1=1∶2~1∶5。圆角1的半径r可根据圆柱体端面及设计要求确定。

1、一种多功能磨矿介质,其特征在于,所述磨矿介质是圆柱体,在圆柱体的两端面上分别设有圆角,两端面的中心分别设有与圆柱体同心的圆。
2、根据权利要求1所述的磨矿介质,其特征在于,圆柱体的直径与高度之比为1∶1~1∶3.5。
