背景技术
在玛瑙、玉石工艺品的生产加工中，造型雕好后，要对尖锐的棱角部分进行倒角，以达到圆润的效果，现在采用碳化硅砂轮磨削，磨削表面为平面形状，主要存在的不足是：倒角磨削速度慢、加工效率低，而且倒角质量很难保证，同时，磨削砂轮使用寿命比较短。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于玛瑙、玉石工艺品加工的倒角砂轮，倒角加工速度快，效率高，而且倒角形状质量好，磨削砂轮使用寿命比较长。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的：包括砂轮体，其特征是：砂轮体的表面设置粒度为30—40的金刚石磨料层，在磨料层的上面设置镍和人造金刚石复合层；砂轮体的磨削表面为内曲面。
砂轮体的外径为190—260mm。
本实用新型的优点是：倒角磨削速度快，提高效率4—5倍，而且倒角形状质量好，磨削砂轮使用寿命比较长。

具体实施方式
见图1、2，具体结构如下：砂轮体的主体1采用低碳钢材料，在砂轮体的主体1表面粘结粒度为30—40的金刚石磨料层3，在磨料层3的表面镀上镍和人造金刚石复合层4；砂轮体的磨削表面设计为内曲面2。砂轮体1的外径为190—260mm。
