背景技术
常见的陶瓷磨块采用注胶的方法将磨块刀头与卡座粘结在一起构成磨块,磨块之间的缝隙大,容易引起磨削表面的磨花,降低了陶瓷砖的表面质量。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种磨削效率高,不会引起磨削表面磨花及划伤的陶瓷结合剂金刚石磨块。 
为实现以上目的,本实用新型的技术方案是提供一种整体粘接结构的陶瓷结合剂金刚石磨块,包括陶瓷磨块、铁板、橡胶垫、卡座,其特征在于,陶瓷磨块用高强度的胶直接粘结在铁板上,铁板、橡胶垫、卡座通过螺钉连接,卡座设有凹槽保护套。 
所述的凹槽保护套高度与陶瓷磨块的外弧面一致。 
本实用新型设计大尺寸的陶瓷磨块,将一块或多块陶瓷磨块用胶直接粘结在铁板上,磨块间隙小或没有间隙,从而避免了磨花现象的产生。同时在磨块的侧面加上凹槽保护套,提高了陶瓷磨块结构的稳定性。在磨削陶瓷砖的过程中,保护套与陶瓷磨块同步磨损,可以防止陶瓷磨块的侧边缘产生崩边,减少了磨削表面划伤等缺陷,陶瓷砖的表面质量有明显改善,磨削效率进一步提高。 
本实用新型的优点是陶瓷磨块结构稳定,不会产生磨花。侧边缘不会产生崩边,有效地避免了磨削表面的划伤。

如图所示,为整体粘接结构的陶瓷结合剂金刚石磨块结构示意图,所述整体粘接结构的陶瓷结合剂金刚石磨块由陶瓷磨块、铁板、橡胶垫和卡座组成。 
制作时,参考抛光机磨盘卡脚尺寸设计合适的磨块尺寸和卡座结构,确定每个磨块的组成块数,并根据磨块尺寸确定铁板、橡胶垫及卡座的尺寸。将卡座、橡胶垫及铁板按次序用螺钉连接固定好,将烧结好的组块用胶依次直接粘接在铁板上,用胶充满保护套和磨块之间的空间,待胶固化后即可。

1.一种整体粘接结构的陶瓷结合剂金刚石磨块,包括陶瓷磨块、铁板、橡胶垫、卡座,其特征在于,陶瓷磨块用高强度的胶直接粘结在铁板上,铁板、橡胶垫、卡座通过螺钉连接,卡座设有凹槽保护套。
