Abstract

一种油田大通道抽油泵,由上接头、抽油杆接头、泵筒、加长管、外筒、特殊接头、出油阀、进油阀组成。抽油杆接头上部接抽油杆,抽油时柱塞抽油杆上、下运动,当柱塞上行时,加长管内的容积增大,压力下降,出油阀关闭,进油阀打开,原油从进油阀经特殊接头的进油通道进入加长管内的容积内。当柱塞下行时,加长管内的容积减小,压力上升,进油阀关闭,出油阀打开,原油排出至加长管与外筒之间的流道后向上进入泵上油管被采出。出油阀不安装在柱塞上,因此,阀球直径不受柱塞直径的限制,阀球直径和流道可增大,增大了阀球直径后,使其在油井中工作灵活,关闭即时,提高了抽油泵的可靠性。

一、技术领域
本实用新型是油田抽油井用的特种抽油泵,特别是一种大通道抽油泵。
二、背景技术
在现有的抽油泵中,一般是在柱塞上安装出油阀,流体从柱塞中通过,当抽油泵直径较小时,受尺寸限制,阀球、流道小,阀球会失灵,造成泵不工作,引起油井不出油。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种大通道抽油泵,通过改变流道使其阀球直径不受泵直径限制,可增大阀球直径,提高抽油泵的可靠性。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:由上接头、抽油杆接头、泵筒、加长管、外筒、特殊接头、出油阀、进油阀组成。上接头下部与外筒上部联接,外筒下部与特殊接头上部大螺纹联接,特殊接头上安装出油阀,特殊接头下部联接进油阀。泵筒下部联接加长管上部,加长管下部与特殊接头上部小螺纹联接,抽油杆接头下部与柱塞联接。泵筒、加长管处于外筒内,柱塞处于泵筒内。
抽油杆接头上部接抽油杆,抽油时柱塞抽油杆上、下运动,当柱塞上行时,加长管内的容积增大,压力下降,出油阀关闭,进油阀打开,原油从进油阀经特殊接头的进油通道进入加长管内的容积内。当柱塞下行时,加长管内的容积减小,压力上升,进油阀关闭,出油阀打开,原油排出至加长管与外筒之间的流道后向上进入泵上油管被采出。
本实用新型的有益效果是:出油阀不安装在柱塞上,因此,阀球直径不受柱塞直径的限制,阀球直径和流道可增大,增大了阀球直径后,使其在油井中工作灵活,关闭即时,提高了抽油泵的可靠性。

图中:1是上接头,2是抽油杆接头,3是泵筒,4是柱塞,5是加长管,6是外筒,7是特殊接头,8是出油阀,9是进油阀。即本实用新型的实施例由上接头1、抽油杆接头2、泵筒3、柱塞4、加长管5、外筒6、特殊接头7、出油阀8、进油阀9组成。上接头1下部与外筒6上部联接,外筒6下部与特殊接头7上部大螺纹联接,特殊接头7上安装出油阀8,特殊接头7下部联接进油阀9。泵筒3下部联接加长管5上部,加长管5下部与特殊接头7上部小螺纹联接,抽油杆接头2下部与柱塞4联接。泵筒3、加长管5处于外筒6内,柱塞4处于泵筒3内。
抽油杆接头2上部接抽油杆,抽油时柱塞4随抽油杆上、下运动,当柱塞4上行时,加长管5内的容积增大,压力下降,出油阀8关闭,进油阀9打开,原油从进油阀9经特殊接头7的进油通道进入加长管5内的容积内。当柱塞4下行时,加长管5内的容积减小,压力上升,进油阀9关闭,出油阀8打开,原油排出至加长管5与外筒6之间的流道后向上进入泵上油管被采出。
