本实用新型涉及一种改进型高压力水枪，它包括水枪，水枪内部管道，枪柄左壳和枪柄右壳。枪柄内部装有内管和折管，在内管与折管之间装有金属阀套和阀芯，阀芯一端安置在金属阀套内，阀芯另一端安装于折管的短管内并由一弹簧顶设。折管的短管二外侧设有一圈受力墙。本实用新型的P2006改进型高压力水枪是在P2004型基础上作出改进的一种新结构高压力水枪，它解决了现有P2004型无法承受9MPa以上高压力和100小时以上寿命测试的问题，在设计上以简单化、性能可靠、价格合理、生产方便为主导，因而将受到市场的欢迎。本实用新型的改进型高压力水枪与高压管可实现拆装分离，其扳机装有锁扣保险装置，使用十分方便。采用本水枪，在枪柄上的承受压力大幅度提升，可靠性大幅度增加，使用寿命得到大幅度提高。

本实用新型涉及高压力水枪，特别涉及一种改进型高压力水枪及枪柄。
背景技术
现有的P2004型高压力水枪，其枪柄在承受7MPa压力时经常出现不稳定的现象，由此降低了可靠性，缩短了使用寿命。该P2004型高压力水枪的枪柄无法承受9MPa以上高压力和100小时以上寿命测试，其使用范围受到了影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的任务是提供一种改进型高压力水枪，它解决了现有高压力水枪的枪柄受压不稳定、可靠性低、使用寿命短的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种改进型高压力水枪，它包括水枪，水枪内部管道，枪柄左壳和枪柄右壳，所述枪柄内部装有内管和折管，在内管与折管之间装有金属阀套和阀芯，阀芯一端安置在金属阀套内，阀芯另一端安装于折管的短管内并由一弹簧顶设；所述折管的短管二外侧设有一圈受力墙。
本实用新型的P2006改进型高压力水枪是在P2004型基础上作出改进的一种新结构高压力水枪，它解决了现有P2004型无法承受9MPa以上高压力和100小时以上寿命测试的问题，在设计上考虑不改变现有P2004型高压力水枪的外观形状，以简单化、性能可靠、价格合理、生产方便为主导，因而将受到市场的欢迎。
本改进型高压力水枪能承受100BAR、100小时的压力和12000次最大不超过140BAR的冲力，与高压管可实现拆装分离，其扳机装有锁扣保险装置，使用十分方便。
采用本实用新型的改进型高压力水枪，在枪柄上的承受压力大幅度提升，可靠性大幅度增加，使用寿命得到大幅度提高。

具体实施方式
参看图1，本实用新型的一种改进型高压力水枪包括水枪、水枪内部管道、枪柄左壳1和枪柄右壳10。枪柄内部装有内管3和折管9，在内管3与折管9之间装有金属阀套14和阀芯6。
阀芯6一端安置在金属阀套14内，阀芯6另一端安装于折管9的短管内，在该短管内安置一弹簧8，如图1中所示，阀芯6另一端在该短管内被弹簧8顶置。
在内管3后端连接一个铜阀套或金属阀套14，使得阀芯6与阀套14在承受高压时二者配合间隙始终保持有效密封状态，尤其在关枪的瞬间，金属阀套能够承受巨大的反冲力。
此外，图1中的标号2是螺钉，4是小O型圈，5是大O型圈，7是扳机压簧，11是扳机，12是高压管锁扣，13是扳机锁扣。
本实用新型的内管结构为金属阀套14与塑料内管3的分体连接结构，与阀芯6连接部分为金属阀套14，它能使得阀芯在关闭瞬间高压水产生的极高膨胀力被金属阀套所抵挡，从而使密封件保持良好的工作状态。采用金属阀套，大大地改善了阀芯的运动阻力，使扳机11扳动轻巧。
参看图2，折管9的短管二个外侧设有一圈受力墙16。增设受力墙16，能使折管9在承受巨大的反冲力的同时，由受力墙16来把握折管9与阀芯6的同心度。
如图1中所示，在折管9与阀芯6连接处增设一块与阀芯运动方向垂直的受力块17，它能使得折管9在高压力下即使塑料体变形也不直接影响其与阀芯、内管的同心度，从而达到变压封水的目的以及阀芯运动自如的效果。
本实用新型的折管9由低吸水性的高韧性工程塑料制成，由此能承受20MPa压力而不会发生爆裂。
当然，本技术领域内的一般技术人员应当认识到，上述实施例仅是用来说明本实用新型，而并非用作对本实用新型的限定，只要在本实用新型的实质精神范围内，对上述实施例的变化、变型都将落在本实用新型权利要求的范围内。

1.一种改进型高压力水枪，它包括水枪，水枪内部管道，枪柄左壳和枪柄右壳，其特征在于，所述枪柄内部装有内管和折管，在内管与折管之间装有金属阀套和阀芯，阀芯一端安置在金属阀套内，阀芯另一端安装于折管的短管内并由一弹簧顶设；所述折管的短管二外侧设有一圈受力墙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进型高压力水枪，其特征在于，所述折管与阀芯连接处增设一块与阀芯运动方向垂直的受力块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改进型高压力水枪，其特征在于，所述折管由低吸水性的高韧性工程塑料制成。
