本实用新型涉及一种冲头,特别是一种用于薄型材料的精密异形冲头。
背景技术
目前在生产散热翅片中,需要在散热翅片上冲制出盘管孔,由于为了保证翅片的散热效果,必须将散热翅片的盘管孔与盘管的配合符合一定的公差,大了散热翅片与盘管的结合度降低,形成一个热阻,影响盘管内介质的热量的散发,而小了则在生产过程中盘管在穿孔过程中无法顺利完成,还可能将散热翅片顶坏,其次现在为了改进散热的效率,有了一些异形管的盘管,为了能完成异形管的穿孔,在散热翅片上冲压异形管孔的尺寸精度的要求更高,由于散热翅片为超薄的铝合金片,为保证冲压的尺寸精度,其雌雄冲头间的公差配合很小,利用现有的冲头在薄型材料制成的散热翅片上进行冲压时,容易因相对的摩擦力较大而在冲压时拉损散热翅片,因而无法完成上述尺寸的精度要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中为了保证冲压的尺寸精度而采用公差配合非常小的雌雄冲头在冲制超薄的铝合金片所存在的拉损问题,提供一种能够用于薄型材料的精密冲头。本实用新型设计一种用于薄型材料的精密异形冲头,包括雌冲头、雄冲头,其特征在于:在雄冲头的顶端有至少一个渗油孔,渗油孔连接雄冲头尾部的输油管,雄冲头的顶端的渗油孔有三个。本实用新型的优点是大幅度减少在冲压时冲头对于被冲翅片的拉损力,保证薄型材料在冲压成型中的质量。

具体实施方式
图中包括雌冲头1、雄冲头2,其特征在于:在雄冲头2的顶端有至少一个渗油孔3,渗油孔3连接雄冲头2尾部的输油管4。雄冲头的顶端的渗油孔有三个。在生产过程中,可以根据被冲压的材料的性质以及冲压的形状,设计渗油孔3的数量及渗油量,并且可以按照实际的生产线上的具体情况及时调整,由于在冲压精密尺寸的薄型散热翅片时的冲头公差配合非常小,因此当雌冲头1、雄冲头2对压时,被冲的散热翅片冲压部分被夹在雌冲头1、雄冲头2之间,如未有润滑油进行润滑,则可能散热翅片冲压部分被冲头上下运动所拉损,而每次冲压中雄冲头2的前端有润滑油渗出,就可以大幅度降低其上下运动中对散热翅片冲压部分拉损,可以保证冲压的质量。

1、一种用于薄型材料的精密异形冲头,包括雌冲头、雄冲头,其特征在于:在雄冲头的顶端有至少一个渗油孔,渗油孔连接雄冲头尾部的输油管。
2、按权利要求1所述的一种用于薄型材料的精密异形冲头,其特征在于:雄冲头的顶端的渗油孔有三个。
