本实用新型涉及可用于各种仓室壁板使用的壁板材料结构,具体是一种三明治复合壁板中的复合板芯材。
背景技术
目前公知的三明治复合板制板零件中的芯材的上下表面均为平面,在这种表面涂胶后再贴以面材,制作成型。该结构制板后形成的复合板表面平面度案值较大,且从长期的使用结果看,表面易起泡造成板材强度的降低。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够提高复合板材的表面平面度质量,进而可提高板材使用寿命、保证板材刚度和强度的复合板芯材。
本实用新型的复合板芯材包括有与上、下面材贴合的贴合面,在贴合面上间隔开有多条细沟槽。
本实用新型复合板芯材的优点是:在制板过程中,胶液在芯材面可通过槽沟自由流动,使胶层厚度均匀,达到提高复合板材表面质量的效果;由于在芯材上加工了槽沟,内外面材在覆合于芯材时残留在芯材和面材之间的空气可通过槽沟排出板外,保证了复合板的粘接面无内在缺陷,从而能提高板材使用寿命、保证板材刚度和强度。

如图所示,该复合板芯材用来与面材贴合的贴合面1上间隔开有多条宽度为3~5mm的细沟槽2。
