                         背景技术
预应力混凝土桥梁箱梁悬臂浇筑是T型刚构和连续梁桥最常用的施工方法,而挂篮设备是进行该方法的必备设备,挂篮主桁前支点移动装置是承受挂篮设备自重和悬浇段重量的关键部位,需要承受强大的支点反力,它的安全与否关系到挂篮整个设备的安全。国外采用支点上设置千斤顶来承受挂篮工作状态(浇筑混凝土阶段)时的强大反力,当要移动挂篮时(空载时),利用带钢轮的平车在轨道上移动,前支点通过千斤顶将反力转换到平车上使轨道承受压力,这种设置工序较多而且需占用千斤顶设备,费用较高。国内采用支点下设置滚筒来移动或在轨道面上抹黄油来减少摩阻力,有些支点采用平车结构来移动。采用滚筒移动挂篮需要辅助千斤顶升起支点放入钢制滚筒,就位后用千斤顶升起支点取出滚筒。工序较多、安全性较差。抹黄油在轨道顶面其摩阻力仍较大,因在露天作业,泥砂容易进入黄油中,因此需要较大的牵引设备,并且废黄油污染环境。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种挂篮主桁前支点移动装置,它具有安装方便、移动迅速、行走平稳、安全的优点。
本实用新型的技术方案是:设计一种挂篮主桁前支点移动装置,其特征是:它的前支点1和上分配梁2通过销钉连接,上分配梁2压在下分配梁3上并固定连接,下分配梁3通过销钉与滑船4固定连接,橡胶四氟板5连接在滑船4底面压在工字钢轨道6上,滑船4通过橡胶四氟板5支撑在工字钢轨道6上,工字钢轨道6上固定有不锈钢板8,滑船4上固定有限位板7。
本实用新型的特点是:这种挂篮主桁前支点移动装置,它在挂篮前支点下方设置有滑船,钢制滑船下粘结一块厚21mm的橡胶四氟板滑块,轨道顶面焊接厚3mm的不锈钢板,四氟板滑块与不锈钢板之间最大摩阻系数μ=0.05,可有效的减少顶推力,不使用千斤顶,不需进行反力转换,因此具有安装方便、移动迅速、行走平稳安全的优点。

在图1、图2中,它的前支点1和上分配梁2通过销钉连接,上分配梁2压在下分配梁3上并用螺栓固定连接,挂篮主桁前支点1将荷载传递给上分配梁2,上分配梁2又将荷载传递给下分配梁3,下分配梁3和滑船4用销钉连接,分配梁3将荷载传递给滑船4,滑船4底面粘有橡胶四氟板5,滑船4直接支撑在工字钢轨道6上,工字钢轨道6上焊接3mm厚的不锈钢板,四氟板滑块与不锈钢板8之间最大摩阻系数μ=0.05,可有效的减少顶推力,它不用千斤顶,不需进行反力转换,具有安装方便、移动迅速、行走平稳安全的优点。滑船4上焊有限位板7可阻止滑船4偏位。
