Abstract

一种面扣构造改进,是由一柱件、一压铸锌件本体相互组成;该柱件为面扣铆合用中空柱,于上表面设有扩大状的盘面,于盘面上设有多个的镂空孔,而压铸锌件本体于底面突设有多个的嵌柱,将柱件以其镂空孔套入于压铸锌件本体上的嵌柱上,再铆合突出于盘面的嵌柱头端,使之压铆成钝状头,达到有效紧密结合的稳固功效,使面扣生产上增进效益。

技术领域
本实用新型是有关一种面扣构造改进设计,尤指一种面扣表面件以金属粉末冶金射出制成,成型出特定商标图案于面扣表面上,于面扣表面件后方与铜质的柱件相结合,藉铜质较软的物理特性可与钉扣相铆合,以广泛使用于衣物上。
背景技术
对于常见的铆扣其面扣构造,为求可任意变换外观造型,或加以烙记特定商标图案,因此面扣的表面件大都以塑胶质制,采以塑胶射出成型加工,再结合柱件而成为一面扣构造,而塑胶制的面扣其强度较金属制面扣为差,耐用度较不高。
对于金属制的面扣,其面扣的表面件为方便铸造加工,有以采用锌质金属制成或以铜质金属制成,铜质的单价成本较高,为利用其铜质的金属具延展性高的特质,因此面扣的柱件管部大都以铜质制成,而面扣的表面件则以易于铸造的锌质金属来制造,两者结合的构造攸关面扣生产上的制造成本、制造效率及产品品质稳定度等因素。
本案的发明人前以美国专利第6,618,909号案提出申请,其为一种可防范儿童咬损的安全面扣,所示的面扣表面件与柱件即已铆合技术结合一起,然其结合的构造与本案不相同,所展现的制程及成本或结合的强度皆与本案不相同,本案柱件与面扣表面件结合后二者之间不会产生旋转。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的是在于提供一种面扣构造改进,分别由易于铸制的锌件及延展性高的铜件相互组合成,具有加工简单生产效率高,且降低生产成本的优点。
本实用新型的次要目的是在于提供一种面扣构造改进,其具备传统面扣所能轻意塑型创造式样的变化,其面扣的上表面制设有商标图案,可作广告效益。
本实用新型为达上述的目的,本案是将面扣构造改进设计为包含由一柱件、一压铸锌件本体所组成;该柱件为设有铆合用中空柱,于上端设有扩状的盘面,于盘面上设有多个的镂空孔。而压铸锌件本体的上表面塑设有特定商标图案,于压铸锌件本体的底面设有多个的嵌柱,其嵌柱于中段处形成阶级,将柱件与压铸锌件本体结合时,利用压铸锌件本体底面的嵌柱穿入于柱件盘面的各镂空孔中,再藉铆合机器加工将突出的嵌柱头端压铆成钝状头,达到一稳固结合的效果。

具体实施方式
请参各图所示,本实用新型的面扣构造改进,主要乃设计为由一柱件10、一压铸锌件本体20相互组成。
其柱件10于下端设有中空管部11构造,于上端设有扩状的盘面12,于盘面12的板体上于其周缘设有多个的镂空孔13。
其压铸锌件本体20,是作为面扣表面件,于其上表面完整的面部塑造设有代表特定广告的图案商标21,于本体的底面突设有多数的嵌柱22,各嵌柱于中段高度上设有阶级23,其阶级23是作为一定位部,其设置使得镂空孔13置入时可为同等高度而定位,嵌柱22于其阶级23以下所延伸较小杆体的高度需大于盘面12的板体厚度,因此当令柱件10与压铸锌件本体20相结合时,盘面12藉各镂空孔13置入于嵌柱22时,嵌柱的末端为突伸出于镂空孔13的外部。
于本实施例中,压铸锌件本体20于底面为设有一凹陷区域25,该凹陷区域包含整个嵌柱22设置范围,可使得面扣的压铸锌件本体20看起来较为厚实,但却更省其材料,也使压铸锌件本体20变得较为质轻。
请参图3所示,将前述柱件10置入于压铸锌件本体20底面中央的凹陷区域25中,令柱件10盘面上所设多个的镂空孔13,套入于各嵌柱22,使柱件10定位于嵌柱22上定位部的阶级23上,再以另道加工程序铆合突出于盘面12的嵌柱头端,使之压铆成钝状头24,达到一稳固结合的效果。
值得一提的是,本图式实施例中其嵌柱22的定位部设为大小不同直径尺寸的杆体,以具有一阶级,如果直接将其嵌柱22的杆径,设计呈为具有锥度,使得盘面12上的镂空孔13套入时,可卡止于中段处,则其将获得相同的定位效果。且本案中柱件10其盘面12上所设有多个的镂空孔13,及压铸锌件本体20上所设多个的嵌柱22,其数量是相同;然如果使其嵌柱22的数目为镂空孔13的一半,柱所设位置为吻对于孔的位置,则其亦可将其两者套入结合。
综上所述,本实用新型为创新扣体的结合组装构造,增进面扣生产、制造的效率及降低制造成本,可令面扣构造上结合强度更佳,且适用于任何不同花样、造型、商标的塑型于扣面上,诚属提高实用效益的产品创作。

Claims (5)

1.一种面扣构造改进,是包含由一柱件、一压铸锌件本体所组成;其特征在于:
该柱件,于底端设有中空管部,于顶端设有扩状的盘面,于盘面上设有多个的镂空孔;
该压铸锌件本体,于上表面设有一平整的面部,于底面突设有多个的嵌柱,其嵌柱上设有定位部;
组合时,将柱件以其镂空孔套入于压铸锌件本体的嵌柱上,使柱件定位于嵌柱上的定位部,再铆合突出于盘面的嵌柱头端,使之压铆成钝状头,达到一稳固结合的效果。
2.如权利要求1所述的面扣构造改进,其特征在于:其中压铸锌件本体其嵌柱,于嵌柱上所设定位部为中段处形成一阶级。
3.如权利要求1所述的面扣构造改进,其特征在于:其中压铸锌件本体其嵌柱,于嵌柱上设有锥度。
4.如权利要求1所述的面扣构造改进,其特征在于:其中平整的面部设有特定的商标图案。
5.如权利要求1所述的面扣构造改进,其特征在于:其中柱件其盘面上所设有多个的镂空孔,及压铸锌件本体上所设多个的嵌柱,其数量是相同。
