Abstract

一种拖链式固定条筛底全程浸出器,在壳体内设有推动固料的拖链、拖链上连有带网孔的拖框、拖链两端设有驱动机构及张紧机构,其壳体内部为车厢形长方体,壳体分上下两层,每层底部固定条筛面,上层条筛面水平,下层条筛面略微倾斜,两层条筛面下面分别连接一套集油斗,集油斗底部连出循环喷淋管,再经溶剂循环泵,连通壳体上面的溶剂喷淋管。本实用新型具有结构紧凑,浸出萃取效率高,消耗动力少,设备利用率高,能够实现全程浸出的优点,特别适于高含油植物的提油浸出。

Description

拖链式固定条筛底全程浸出器
(一)、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种植物油萃取装置,特别是一种植物油浸出器。
(二)、背景技术
目前,公知的植物油浸出装置主要有平转浸出器和环形浸出器,在高含油油料的一次浸出效果上,环形浸出器要优于平转浸出器,环形浸出器在结构上分为进料段,小弯段,浸出段,大弯段,沥干段和出料段,油料萃取时,物料在浸出器中随拖链移动,与溶剂油逆向接触,通过浸泡和喷淋的双重作用,多级逆向萃取,最终获得高浓度的混合油,将油料中的油脂萃取出来,再通过蒸发装置将油脂和溶剂油分离,获得浸出毛油。由于物料经过小弯和大弯段时,溶剂不能有效浸泡、喷淋植物油料,造成环形浸出器运行过程中约1/3的阶段不能有效萃取,这样就导致了浸出时间加长,浸出效果降低和材料、动力浪费等缺点。
(三)、实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种拖链式固定条筛底全程浸出器,解决浸出器浸出效率不够高、设备利用率低等缺点,还解决现有浸出器不能实现全程浸出的技术难题。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:这种拖链式固定条筛底全程浸出器,在壳体内设有推动固料的拖链、拖链上连有带网孔的拖框、拖链两端设有驱动机构及张紧机构,其特征是:壳体内部为车厢形长方体,壳体分上下两层,每层底部固定条筛面,上层条筛面水平,下层条筛面略微倾斜,两层条筛面下面分别连接一套集油斗,集料斗底部连出循环喷淋管,再经溶剂循环泵,连通壳体上面的溶剂喷淋管。
上述两套集油斗交错设置。
上述下层条筛面与水平面的倾斜角度是1-10度。
上述上、下两层条筛面不连续,在两端断开。
有益效果:本实用新型作为浅床运转,在结构上无大小弯结构,外形为车厢形长方体,内部为拖链条筛底结构,由拖链,拖框,上下两层不连续固定条筛底,传动轮等共同组成。浸出器以一系列由拖链连接的长方形金属拖框与固定楔形条筛为主要部件,由两端传动链轮带动。装载入浸的固体料胚与浓混合油混合后堆积在条筛上形成固体料床,随拖框移动(拖框由拖链连接,安置在浸出器的上下两层不连续固定条筛面上,上层条筛面水平,下层条筛面微倾斜,拖链与两端传动轮组成传动机构),通过浸出器壳体内的各个浸出级与逆流喷淋的混合油接触(每一浸出级均由集油斗和混合油喷淋装置组成),混合油与物料有效的形成逆流萃取。除了最后的浓混合油外,每一混合油集油斗中混合油一部分通过循环泵进行自循环,另一部分进入下一浸出级,再循环的流量可调整与每一浸出级的渗滤液的流量相适应,最后获得的浓混合油在浸出器的第一级与进来的料胚混合,再流经第二浸出级的料胚后离开浸出器。本实用新型在拖框将物料从上层带入下层时有类似环形大小弯段有利萃取的翻料过程,还能保证全程浸出,因而浸出效率高,消耗动力少,设备利用率高,特别适于高含油植物的提油浸出。

(五)、具体实施方式
实施例参见图1、2、3,这种拖链式固定条筛底全程浸出器可分为进料段,预浸段,浸出段,沥干段,出料段。在壳体10内设有推动固料的拖链3、拖链上连有带网孔的拖框11、拖链两端设有驱动机构8及张紧机构9,其壳体为车厢形长方体,壳体分上下两层,每层底部固定条筛面,上层条筛面2水平,下层条筛面4微倾斜,上述上、下两层条筛面不连续,在两端断开。两层条筛面下面分别连接上层集油斗5和下层集料斗6,两套集油斗立体交叉。
物料在进料段从进料口1进入上层条筛面2后,进入预浸段,由溶剂循环泵B输送的混合油经喷淋管E均匀喷淋在物料上,随后渗透物料,流入上层集油斗5中,而后物料进入浸出段,随一系列长方形金属拖框11在楔形上层条筛面2上移动,当物料行进至上层末端时,因重力作用掉入下层条筛面4,继续随拖链移动,通过浸出器壳体10,与由溶剂循环泵B输送的溶剂逆向接触萃取后,完成浸出过程,进入沥干段沥干,最后从出料段的出料口7出料,而溶剂渗透物料后同样流入下层集油斗5。浸出器上层条筛面2水平,下层条筛面4有一定坡度,利于物料沥干,并防止溶剂由出料口溢出。
参见图4、5,新鲜溶剂由溶剂喷淋管12进入浸出器,浸出器每一浸出段均由上集油斗5、下集油斗6、溶剂循环泵13和循环喷淋管14组成,溶剂与物料形成有效逆流萃取,每一集油斗中的混合油一部分通过溶剂循环泵进行自循环,另一部分进入下一浸出段对物料进行萃取,最后获得的高浓度混合油离开浸出器进入后继工段进行蒸发,获取毛油。

1.一种拖链式固定条筛底全程浸出器,在壳体内设有推动固料的拖链、拖链上连有带网孔的刮板、拖链两端设有驱动机构及张紧机构,其特征是:壳体为车厢形长方体,壳体分上下两层,每层底部固定条筛面,上层条筛面水平,下层条筛面略微倾斜,两层条筛面下面分别连接一套集油斗,集料斗底部连出循环喷淋管,再经溶剂循环泵,连通壳体上面的溶剂喷淋管。
