Abstract

15°DC车轮的改型轮辋涉及车轮轮辋结构。它是在不改变与轮胎配合部位的原轮辋轮廓，和保持轮辋深槽部位宽度和强度的前提下，将原大圆弧形轮辋深槽改成小圆弧槽和扁形槽相连的双底槽，扁形槽部位与配装的汽车刹车锅(盘)相对应。扁形槽的槽底浅，相应扩大了装配汽车刹车锅(盘)的空间位置，便于小车轮采用大刹车锅(盘)，从而大大地提高汽车的刹车性能和安全性。

本实用新型涉及一种车轮轮辋结构。
背景技术
刹车性能是汽车的一项重要安全指标，刹车性能主要是通过汽车刹车锅(盘)来实现的。现有15°DC车轮轮辋，因其受固有的大圆弧形深槽底结构的限制，轮辋内部无法采用较大的刹车锅(盘)，因此，汽车的刹车性能和安全性受到了一定的限制。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是，为了克服上述缺陷，提供15°DC车轮的双槽底轮辋。
本实用新型的方案：是在不改变与轮胎配合部位的原轮辋轮廓，和保持原轮辋深槽部位长度和强度的前提下，将原大圆弧形轮辋深槽改成小圆弧槽和扁形槽相连的双底槽，扁形槽部位与配装的汽车刹车锅(盘)相对应。
本实用新型的优点在于：(1)扁形槽减小了与汽车刹车锅(盘)相对应的原轮辋槽底深度，相应扩大了装配汽车刹车锅(盘)的空间位置，便于小车轮采用大刹车锅(盘)，从而大大地提高车轮的刹车性能和安全性。

具体实施方式
本实用新型是采用滚形工艺制造而成的：
实施例1：将钢板裁切、卷圆、焊接后，在滚形机上利用滚型模具滚压成型。最后打磨修整成15°DC车轮的双槽底轮辋。

1、15°DC车轮的双槽底轮辋，其特征在于：小圆弧槽和扁形槽相连的双底槽替代了大圆弧形的轮辋深槽，扁形槽部位与配装的汽车刹车锅(盘)位置相对应。
2、根据权利要求1所述的15°DC车轮的双槽底轮辋，其特征是：双底槽的槽底轮廓线可设定为“直线+圆弧线”、“斜线+圆弧线”等形式。
