Abstract

本实用新型是一种车轮用的改型轮辋型钢,涉及所有轮辋型钢结构。它是在保证轮辋与轮胎的配合尺寸不变的前提条件下,适当加大了原胎圈座的内圆弧半径,原胎圈座的外圆弧半径相应增大而形成圆弧形凸台,并适当加长了原轮辋型钢断面中的中央部位的长度。从而,降低了轮辋型钢的生产成本;轮辋型钢的轮缘与胎圈座转弯联接处的材料塑料得到改善,其厚度相应增加使强度得到提高,加上胎圈座内圆弧受力面增加,分散了集中受力,可避免开裂;轮胎装入用本实用新型制作的轮辋后,轮胎的高度同比降低,汽车车身也相应降低,从而提高了汽车行驶的稳定性和安全性。

背景技术
传统车轮用轮辋型钢的胎圈座设计半径偏小,一是型钢轧制时轧辊受力大,易变形,磨损快,且需用轧机的吨位大;二是型钢轧制时造成金属流动性不好,金属流体在此部位的温度会急速下降,硫、磷等一些有害元素沉积甚多(经材料试验分析,胎圈座半径处硫、磷等有害元素的含量远远高于其它部位),使其材料塑性明显降低,发脆。因此,用传统轮辋型钢制作的轮辋,在使用中易引起开裂,俗称“炸大边”。其次,传统车轮用轮辋型钢的断面总体宽度窄,轮胎装入用该种轮辋型钢制作的轮辋后,其高度高,车身随之提高,汽车行驶的稳定性差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,是为解决上述缺陷,提供一种新断面结构的改型轮辋型钢。
本实用新型的方案是:在保证轮辋与轮胎的配合尺寸不变的前提条件下,适当加大了原轮辋型钢胎圈座的内圆弧半径(略小于轮胎胎圈半径),胎圈座的原外圆弧半径相应增大而形成圆弧形凸台,并适当加长了原轮辋型钢断面中的中央部位的长度。
本实用新型的优点是:(1)轧制型钢时,由于胎圈座的内、外圆弧的半径增大,金属流动性好易以成型,既减少了轧辊的磨损,又降低了轧机使用吨位,从而降低了型钢轧制成本。(2)胎圈座内、外圆弧半径增大,轧制过程中金属流动性好,硫、磷等一些有害元素不易在此处形成积压,减少了有害物的残留,使其材料塑性明显得到改善;其次,用改型轮辋型钢制作的轮辋,在使用中因胎圈座内圆弧受力面较大,避免了受力过于集中而产生开裂。(3)胎圈座外圆弧半径加大且形成了圆弧形凸台,相应地增加了该处的厚度,有效提高了强度。(4)轮辋断面中的中央部位的长度加长,轮胎装入轮辋后,轮胎高度降低,车身也相应降低,从而提高了汽车行驶的稳定性和安全性。

实施例1:轧钢厂先按改型轮辋型钢制作型钢模具(轧辊),尔后利用热轧工艺将钢坯轧制成改型轮辋型钢。

1、车轮用的改型轮辋型钢,其特征在于:加大了原轮辋型钢的胎圈座内圆弧半径,胎圈座外圆弧半径加大而形成圆弧形凸台,且加长了原轮辋型钢断面中的中央部位的长度。
