本实用新型涉及一种破除设备内部短时出现真空的阀。
背景技术:
在生产过程中,有些不能承受外压的设备(如容器类)由于其操作条件的变化,可能会在瞬间在其内部产生真空现象,使设备承受外界大气压的作用,成为外压容器,轻则设备产生振动,影响生产,重则设备受到破坏,出现生产事故。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种破空阀,在设备内部产生真空现象时能够及时吸入空气,破除真空,保障设备的正常运行。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它由螺母(1)、安装座(2)、弹性套管(3)、内芯(4)组成,安装座(2)为中空管体,外有螺纹,开口成倒角,内芯(4)中空,底部密封,侧壁外有一圈凸起(6),在侧壁上有透气孔(5),弹性套管(3)套在内芯(4)上,放入安装座(2),并用螺母(1)压紧。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有使用方便、安全有效等优点,通过破空阀的结构巧妙利用大气压破除设备中的真空现象,间接节约了操作、维修的人力、物力,降低生产成本,同时提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的实施例:用钢管加工出安装座(2),开口成倒角,外面加工出螺纹,焊接在容器上,然后在一端密封的内芯(4)外加工出一圈凸起(6),角度与安装座(2)的开口角度吻合,在内芯(4)侧壁上开4个透气孔(5),将一个橡胶套管(3)套在内芯(4)上,插入安装座(2),最后用螺母(1)压紧。
