技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种铝电解生产中用于输送阳极炭块的链式输送机的过渡结构。
背景技术:
当前使用的链式输送机间的过渡结构通常是辊子式的。即在两条链式输送机间通过设置辊子,把先前链式输送机输送来的阳极炭块先输送到辊子上,再由辊子往前输送而将阳极炭块输送到后续链式输送机上。这种过渡结构使被输送的阳极炭块在经过该结构时,因前后输送链条与辊子间存在速度差及辊子在输送过程中易出现打滑而可能出现三个环节的打滑,使阳极炭块的输送速度不均匀,且在打滑过程中易出现阳极炭块跑偏的现象,从而使阳极炭块输送难以达到所需的匀速对中的要求。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种能使阳极炭块在输送过程中减少打滑次数,保证其输送速度均匀的交叉重叠式链式输送机的过渡结构,以克服上述现有技术存在的不足。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它包括相邻的两台链条输送机(5)和链条输送机(6),链条输送机(5)一端的两个链轮(3)置于另一台链条输送机(6)一端的两个链轮(1)之间;链轮(1)与链轮(3)之间的轴心距离L为:0≤L≤5米。
由于采用了上述技术方案,阳极炭块在经过相邻的两台链条输送机的过渡段时,即使两台链条输送机之间存在速度差,也仅会出现一次打滑的可能,减少了打滑次数,满足了输送阳极炭块所需的匀速对中的要求,因此本实用新型与现有技术相比,其具有减少了阳极炭块在输送过程中的打滑次数、保证了阳极炭块在输送中的匀速对中,且结构简单的优点。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的实施例1:如图1所示,在相邻的两台链条输送机5和链条输送机6中,将位于后面的那台链条输送机6的两个尾链轮3安装在位于前面的那台链式输送机5的两个头链轮1的内侧,并使链轮1与链轮3之间的轴心距离L为0~5米,最后分别在链轮1和链轮3上装上链条2和链条4即可。
本实用新型的实施例2:在上述实施例1中也可将两个尾链轮3安装在两个头链轮1的外侧,并使链轮1与链轮3之间的轴心距离L为0~5米。
在使用时,被输送的阳极炭块从位于前面的链条输送机5的链条2上直接过渡到位于后面的链条输送机6的链条4上,从而使得阳极炭块可以在过渡段被平稳的输送,保证了阳极炭块输送时的匀速对中。

1.一种交叉重叠式链式输送机过渡结构,它包括相邻的两台链条输送机(5)和链条输送机(6),其特征在于:链条输送机(5)一端的两个链轮(3)置于另一台链条输送机(6)一端的两个链轮(1)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的交叉重叠式链式输送机过渡结构,其特征在于:链轮(1)与链轮(3)之间的轴心距离L为:0≤L≤5米。
