本实用新型公开了一种炭块输送装置,它包括前段输送机与后段输送机,前段输送机的尾部链板插入在后段输送机的头部辊筒下面,在尾部链板与头部辊筒之间装有短辊筒和长辊筒,在短辊筒和长辊筒上装有链轮,链轮之间通过链条相连接;与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有输送平稳且结构简单、紧凑、使用方便、便于安装和维护等优点。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种铝厂用于输送阳极炭块的炭块输送装置。
背景技术:
目前,铝厂为增加仓库储备量将原来的仓库堆积形式进行了改造,碳块从纵向输送改为横向输送,由于阳极碳块的横向宽度比纵向长度尺寸小,当采用板式输送机横向运送碳块时,由于两板式输送机在头尾连接之处采用的结构是将前一板式输送机的尾轮插入到后续板式输送机头部的过度长辊筒的下面,使前一板式输送机尾轮的链板与后续链板输送机头部的过度长辊筒相互搭配过度。由于前段板式输送机尾部链轮的结构原因,后段板式输送机头部的过度长辊筒与前段板式输送机尾部的输送链板靠不近,其中间的间距较长,阳级碳块在由链板下到辊筒的过程中会出现碳块低头现象,影响炭块的顺利输送。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种在炭块输送过程中避免出现炭块低头现象、输送平稳的炭块输送装置,以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它包括前段输送机与后段输送机,前段输送机的尾部链板(2)插入在后段输送机的头部辊筒(12)下面,在尾部链板(2)与头部辊筒(12)之间装有短辊筒(4)和长辊筒(11),在短辊筒(4)和长辊筒(11)上均装有链轮(6),链轮(6)通过链条(13)相连接。
由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型通过在前段输送机与后段输送机的连接处增加短辊筒和长辊筒,以起到中间支承的作用,使阳极碳块运行到此处时可避免碳块因横向宽度尺寸小、重心偏离原因而出现低头现象,实现阳级碳块由前段输送机到后段板式输送机的平稳过渡,使炭块输送平稳,而且其结构较简单,使用、安装和维护较为方便。因此,与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有输送平稳且结构简单、紧凑、使用方便、便于安装和维护的优点。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的实施例:如附图1所示,在前段输送机的尾部链板(2)与后段输送机的头部辊筒(12)之间安装两对短辊筒(4)和一根长辊筒(11),短辊筒(4)和长辊筒(11)的数量需根据尾部链板(2)与头部辊筒(12)的距离计算确定;在短辊筒(4)的一端装上链轮(6),将短辊筒(4)的另一端通过螺栓(8)、螺母(9)、垫圈(10)安装在后段输送机机架(3)的小轴承(5)和大轴承(7)上;在长辊筒(11)的两端均装上链轮(6),并将长辊筒(11)通过螺栓(8)、螺母(9)、垫圈(10)安装在后段输送机机架(3)的大轴承(7)上,将长辊筒(11)和短辊筒(4)的链轮(6)之间、以及长辊筒(11)的链轮(6)与后段输送机的头部辊筒(12)之间的链轮之间用链条(13)相互连接即可。
输送时,前段输送机送来的阳极炭块(1)依次经由尾部链板(2)、短辊筒(4)和长辊筒(11)后平稳过渡到后段输送机上。

1.一种炭块输送装置,它包括前段输送机与后段输送机,其特征在于:前段输送机的尾部链板(2)插入在后段输送机的头部辊筒(12)下面,在尾部链板(2)与头部辊筒(12)之间装有短辊筒(4)和长辊筒(11),在短辊筒(4)和长辊筒(11)上均装有链轮(6),链轮(6)通过链条(13)相连接。
