出铝车超上限位保护装置
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种铝电解生产中电解槽用操作机的出铝车超上限位保护装置。
背景技术:
目前,电解槽用操作机的出铝车多用软钩形式,与硬钩形式相比,其具有结构简单、吊钩行程范围宽、重量轻、投资省等优点。因为出铝车主要负责吊运台包进行高温出铝作业,所以必须设置一个超上限位保护装置,以防止上限位机构一旦失效而造成事故。在现有技术中,软钩形式所使用超上限位控制装置是直接在出铝车的导向轮上连结钢板,导向轮到位时钢板碰撞行程开关获得信号,以停止动作,等待检修。由于导向轮在上升过程中伴随有水平移动和旋转运动,常常会导致钢板无法接触到行程开关,从而动作失效,造成事故的发生。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种结构简单、安装方便、动作可靠的出铝车超上限位机构,以克服上述现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它由钢板(5)、限位杆(3)、弹簧(4)、槽钢(2)和螺母(1)组成,限位杆(3)的底端垂直固定在钢板(5)上,限位杆(3)穿过槽钢(2)并在其上部连接有螺母(1),在钢板(5)和槽钢(2)之间的限位杆(3)上套有弹簧(4)。
由于采用了上述技术方案,当出铝车的导向轮上升,且上限位机构失效时,导向轮直接对中撞击钢板,在槽钢上的孔的导向作用下,固定在钢板上的限位杆推动行程开关发出信号,使得导向轮停止动作;当排除出铝车的故障后,导向轮离开限位杆,而限位杆在自身重力及弹簧回复力的作用下,自动复位,为下一次动作做好准备。因此,本实用新型与现有技术相比,其具有动作可靠且结构简单、安装方便的优点。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的实施例:将限位杆(3)的底部与钢板(5)垂直焊接在一起,在限位杆(3)上套上弹簧(4);在槽钢(2)的上、下两个面上各开一个孔,然后将限位杆(3)穿过槽钢(2),并在限位杆(3)上套上一个螺母(1),调整限位杆(3)与螺母(1)至合适位置后将螺母(1)牢固焊接在限位杆(3)上即可。使用时,将槽钢(2)用螺栓紧固在机架(7)上,并使本实用新型位于行程开关(8)的下面。出铝车工作时,导向轮(6)上升,当出铝车(6)上升超过上限位时,导向轮(6)直接对中撞击钢板(5),在槽钢孔的导向作用下,固定在钢板(5)上的限位杆(3)推动行程开关(8)发出信号,整台电解槽用操作机停止动作;当排除出铝车的故障后,导向轮(6)离开限位杆(3),而限位杆(3)在自身重力及弹簧(4)的回复力的作用下,自动复位。

1.一种出铝车超上限位保护装置,其特征在于:它由钢板(5)、限位杆(3)、弹簧(4)、槽钢(2)和螺母(1)组成,限位杆(3)的底端垂直固定在钢板(5)上,限位杆(3)穿过槽钢(2)并在其上部连接有螺母(1),在钢板(5)和槽钢(2)之间的限位杆(3)上套有弹簧(4)。
