Abstract

一种汽车用组合式塑料油箱，主要应用于各种机动车辆的储油设备。将多个长方形或正方形的小容积塑料油箱组合在一起，每个小容积的塑料油箱都设计有榫头或卯眼结构用于组合，油箱间用管路相互连通。组合后的油箱能够增加油箱的整体强度，使其变形小，容积大，抗冲击，防腐蚀，并能适用于不同车型的储油需要。

本实用新型涉及一种汽车用组式合式塑料油箱，具体地说涉及一种用于载重汽车的组合式塑料油箱。
背景技术：
现在国内外载重汽车所使用的油箱都是金属薄板制造，原因是金属薄板强度较高。但存在的问题是，金属薄板油箱质量重，汽车行驶时受路面不平度的冲击易产生噪音，并且长期使用金属燃油箱对油箱的腐蚀严重，加工难度大，制造成本高。
发明内容：
为了克服现有载重汽车所用金属油箱质量重，不耐腐蚀，加工难度大，制造成本高的不足，本实用新型提供一种汽车用组合式塑料油箱，该油箱用塑料做材料，质量轻，耐腐蚀，油箱可一次充塑加工成型，然后组装成一体应用，制造成本低。
本实用新型汽车用组合式塑料油箱，所采用的技术方案是：主油箱、副油箱、附加油箱用榫头和卯眼结构连为一体，主油箱上设有注油口、输出油口和联通油口，油箱的一端是卯眼结构。副油箱的一端是榫头结构，并用输油管与主油箱相联通。联接主油箱、副油箱、附加油箱的目的是增加油箱的整体强度并增加贮油量。如主、副油箱的贮油量仍然不足，可在主、副油箱之间联接多个附加油箱，附加油箱的两端分别为榫头和卯眼结构，并用输油管将各油箱联通，共同为发动机供油。
本实用新型的有益效果是，油箱的质量轻，耐腐蚀，易加工，组合后的油箱容量大，可满足不同车型的需要。

具体实施方式：
在图2所示实施例中，主油箱(2)附加油箱(3)副油箱(4)分别用榫头和卯眼结构联为一体，并用联通管路(10)和(11)将油箱联通，使之成为一组油箱。将小容积的塑料油箱组合在一起可以增加油箱的整体强度，使其容积大，变形小，抗冲击，防腐蚀，并能适用于不同车型的需要。

1、一种汽车用组合式塑料油箱，它包括：主油箱(2)，附加油箱(3)，付油箱(4)，其特征是：主油箱(2)和付油箱(4)的一端设计有榫头或卯眼结构，附加油箱(3)的两端设计有榫头或卯眼结构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的汽车用组合式塑料油箱，其特征是：主油箱(2)，附加油箱(3)，付油箱(4)是应用榫头和卯眼结构联为一体的，并用管路(10)和(11)将各油箱连通。
